Forza Motorsport 3 will ship with two discs

halo odst and mass effect 2 have also been confirmed with 2 discs. I'm assuming alan wake will be as well. I sense a trend lol.

i dont think that is how its going to work. i think you will install one disc and the other will be used for playing.

That's more of a good thing thing than a negative one. They'd have to remove lots of cars and tracks if they were to push everything on one disc. Having lots of extra stuff is worth the effort that it takes to get up and switch discs.

i luckily just got rid of my 20 gig and got a bigger one as well.

That's a pretty lackluster statement considering there's not much competition out there when it comes to racing games.

This game is a mammoth. Can't wait!

Reminds me of my Gran Turismo 2 days. Back then, it was so cool that a game came on 2 discs. You could hardly comprehend how much content it had. PS2_ROCKS

IT's definately oldschool that is for sure. I really like my 360 but come on microsoft, even though it's really not that big a dela. But still come on microsoft.

I wouldn't be surprised if every game that was shown isn't on two discs. They looked too good. I honestly didn't believe the 360 was capable of upping hte anti and htey did. The sacrifice is that all of these games are now on two discs though. Mass Effect 2, Halo ODST, Forza 3 have all been confirmed 2 discs. I'm guessing Alan Wake is soon to follow and others. FFXIII will be two discs I guarentee as well. This pretty much signifies we are seeing the end of the line of the 360 and how far it can go. AFter this batch of games they can't go to 3 discs. This is about as far as they can take the 360. Next conference they are going to announce a new system guarenteed.

holy crap thats a lot of discs. at least with the ps3 you can put whatever HD you want. I only have 75GB free on my 360 drive.

Sure it makes it so you don't have to load the extra content, but you can still play the game.
