Forza Motorsport 3 will ship with two discs

A racing game's "size" accounts for a lot more than just a car list.

BTW, have fun collecting all 30 EVOs and 50 Skylines! Polyphony sure knows how to bolster its car list with useless junk.

Umm you do know theres like probably thousands (maybe even 10's of thousands) of Unique cars out there right?

I wonder how the Blu Ray haters will feel when the next xbox has a blu ray drive in it? It seems alot of the 360 games are gona start shipping with multiple discs. I feel disc swapping should have died last gen. But thats my opinion. What if one of the discs get damaged,lost,etc...? And before some people say "Oh just take care of your games and you wont have that problem!" I say what about the people who have friends and let them borrow their games occassionally? Anyway this is only showing how rushed the 360 was to the market just to beat Sony. I dont get why MS just didnt let people upgrade their hard drives to any off the shelf one like Sony does. Id rather deal with mandatory installs then disc swapping anyday.

halo odst and mass effect 2 have also been confirmed with 2 discs. I'm assuming alan wake will be as well. I sense a trend lol.

Blu-Ray is the reason the PS3 is in last place, don't forget that when you're mocking the disc swapping.

PS3 has the best games library now and no one can argue with that. The exclusive games like MGS4 let devs take advantage of bluray and the cell.

In reality, it will be just like Oblivion Game of the Year edition, where the bonus content on the second disc is strictly optional, and if you use it, then it installs to the hard drive as if it were DLC. I know it probably has been mentioned already but...

Gran Turismo 2, two discs. One for Arcade Mode and one for Simulation Mode.

And I have no problem installing a game. I always have room for one on my HDD and it takes 5 minutes and blasts load times away.

Still no release date for GT5 though. At least we're getting a game. You know, one with more than 76 cars, 6 tracks and 720p racing. 400 cars, 100 tracks and 60fps 1080p racing.

Never cared for sim racers so you can eat those words. Only last gen title I had with multiple disks is Star Ocean.
