Will possibly buy the Wii U if it continues to get good 3rd party games and it's graphics get better with age. I also want a black colored one.

I'm going to wait at least 1 year after launch to see what is going on with it.

It's too bad that there were no specs released. I think it's safe to say that the Wii U is more powerful than xbox 360 and ps3. Yesterday my friend refused to believe that Nintendo's next console would be faster than a ps3. I was trying to explain to him that ps3's graphics card is pretty much an old off the shelf computer graphics card (a slightly more powerful 7800gt).

I told him about the rumors of it being a quad core IBM chip, and he said well the ps3 is a 7 core chip to which I replied is not exactly true as it only has one general core and less powerful spu's. This is the same guy that thinks ps3 is some sort of supercomputer lol.... console gamers.

they didn't even show any games....those 3rd part games that were shown weren't from the wiiU...they were just gameplay from other consoles

I like ninty but have doubts about this. The controller looks expensive - giving this to my 8 and 4 year old is a no-no situation. It'll bust within days. They have brutalised the wii and its held up - but a touch screen on the controller - recipie for disaster.

Man, I guess im the only one. I just really want that HUGE game like they used to be. Banjo Tooie, 64, Sunshine, Star fox Adventures. They keep goint on about getting sucked into gaming but how do I do that when the games are as linear as hallways and the worlds incredibly small.

While the 3DS line up looked promising, I couldn't shake off the PSP Dejavu; games that would seem to be better fit on consoles being on handhelds instead.

For me it was sony>nin>ms. nintendo left wii owners in the cold and prestented this wiiu very sloppy like.I was though interested in 3 of the 3ds titiles.

Honestly, it was the LBP and ModNation Racers stuff that impressed me most about the Vita. :P
