I think smokign is bad for you, but the millions of people that do it dont seem to care.

Here is the thing... There will always be people that dislike things other people like. I hate 99% of PS3 games. KZ2 is the only game I feel is worth the $60 I spent.

People can argue with me on that... But that's how I feel.

When you own a console as cheap as a 360, bought a game like Halo 3 with it, and then realize that you just wasted $59.99...I'm pretty sure you'd be in extreme denial and play that game all the time, as well.

I dont like Halo 3, i played with my friend Co-op and i didn't like it, after a while we switch to GEOW Co-op, but is just my opinion, even my friend who bought his 360 because of Halo franchise said he was dissapointed, but again, is just his opinion, because it doesn't matter how hard TC laugh, not every person in the planet is going to love the game.

Respecting other opinions is one thing, but when the other person just bashes the game and give no good reason (or had never played the game) then you should not respect that opinion.

Halo is alittle overrated, but the amount of hate it is getting is not fair. It seems some people just hate Halo because it is "cool" and alot of other people are doing it.

A lot of people like it, I understand.

But moon physics and auto-aim aren't for me.

I guess it's just the psychology. Most gamers are all about seriousness, and think that a colorful game like Halo doesn't deserve the status it has. I mean, on the screens it looks like the most cheap sci-fi shooter, men in superarmor, little aliens in pink costumes etc. But what they don't know is how well-balanced it is for a game. I never had another shooter which I've played with so much pleasure. It was just unfair for it to be in a such a setting, yes. But nowadays the universe has expanded and all of the elements, gameplay or story or setting are too much blended together. So you guys either talk about Halo in a whole, or it isn't Halo anymore. :P

They are as respectable as people who think the earth is flat. nobody cares if you hate a game when it is so praised by critics and has awards to back it up. they are just bitter children. you will literaly never find an adult state garbage liek that unless their IQ is lower than 60 and cant think for themselves or look things up before saying somehting stupid like "this game sucks"

Yeah, its quite sad that almost two years after release, haters still havent got over Halo. Must be quite the compliment to Bungie, seeing their game get compared to just released shooters like Killzone 2.-DrRobotnik-

I don't hate Halo 3, but I don't think it is anything special like lemmings would have you believe. It is just a average shooter.

In your eyes, sure. But the critical reception for the game states the contrary, coupled with the fact that it's the most played online console game, I think you're running into some pretty strong evidence that not everyone feels the same way you do.

Why can't I strip a game apart? Last time I checked it's system wars and the argument is valid unless your telling me to only go by what the awards say, which is what it amounts to from your past post. Flaws in a game need to be addressed and said instead of the usual LOL SCORE AND GRAPHICS is all that matters. I only used lemming since its the system wars phrase for 360 kiddie but hey, take it how you want. I'm not blaming everything by the way, I could name a few positive things about it but I could also name a few positive things about superman 64 which doesn't make it a good game.

Halo 3 is a fairly good game. What I don't understand is what makes it so good that it deserves to out score most clasic FPS games? It really isn't that amazing for what it is, so I don't see what it has done to deserve it's 9.5 score here. It's the same with MGS4, which is good, but it's not pushing the boundaries of the series, the new warzones were a nice feature, but it's a very gradual progression for it to have a full 10/10 slapped on it. I just don't understand how a 6 or so hour long game, with a popular, but not exactly astounding, multiplayer can score anything over a 9. I don't understand what the critics are thinking to be honest, it deserved atleast a point off for those terrible flood levels.

Well Halo 3 stills the king of console FPS,the multiplayer is amazing too much fun.. is one of the reasons to own Halo 3 and the only game on ps3 that comes close but stills far is Resistance 2.McdonaIdsGuy
