The game might have had AA hype in the end (because of the strategic voting), but the idea that this game never had AAA hype is ridiculous. The first game was an AAA, and this sequel looked improved in many ways. There was really no reason to hype it AA until reviews started rolling in.

Meh, regardless of whether or not it had AAA hype, a flop is a flop no matter how anyone tries to spin it.

Just some of his nipicks are werid like the "theres no gery choice liek there was in infamous 1" which is just bs since infamous didint make anything look grey it was clear if you were being a selfish evil jerk or not. So thats automatically tossed out the window. The whole black and white dieing thing seemed to bother him but it was in part one and in part 2 it doesitn seem more anoying or anything. Also again with the feels the same as part 1 as a negative complaint seems dumb to use when you let other pass when they do that. It just makes GS look foolish. If anything seems like he just wasint a huge fan of the characters and story this time around.

Also, SOCOM 4 manipulation was by factions attempting ownage, trying to push SOCOM hype high. I have screen caps of that poll and saw people trying to push SOCOM to get ownage as well. I have links on that affair and this one and I was apart of the whole thing. You got one side of a story, not the whole picture. There were many other games in SW history that me and a lot of users have spoken about in PMs about lol.

I guess Tom McShea is on to something...OR, he didn't like InFAMOUS 1 very much. We don't know Tom's score of InFamous, and telling us now wouldn't matter anyways. :P

They really don't look foolish at all. While some of his complaints seemed a bit nitpicky, the majority of them seem legit.

Yeah, he wasn't a fan of the characters and story, but he also wasn't a fan of the pacing, the combat inbalance, and other things.

So glad this flopped and flopped hard, so much for teh year of ps3 aaae's, it will have just as many aaae's as the 360, the 360 with more Aaa's overall with witcher2 announced, once again lems didn't talk, they just wait for results, so happy it's a bust!Timdoggamer

due to lack of x360 exclusives im really starting to wonder if NA sources are flopping ps3 exclusives on purpose just so it can stay in the race with multiplat games.

maybe ms is asking them to do it, who knows.

I'm still hyping this game to be a personal AAAE. There's no way inFAMOUS 2 is worse than the Sly trilogy and Uncharted 2
