30 FPS vs 60 is 100% gap,so is 720p vs 1080p,is up to you to admit it or live on denial.

900p, 60fps is not 50% of 1080p, 60fps. Plus, if you had brain cell one in that melon on top of your neck, you'd know that the reason it's 900p could be explained by the XB1 version not being optimized for it, or that they could only achieve 50 or 55 fps at 1080p, so they dropped it to 900p to keep the steady 60fps.

The PS4 version is up to 19FPS faster on average from 7 to 13 FPS faster while been 1080p over the xbox one version which is 900p.

Not only that with 44 AI cars the PS4 still walk over the xbox one version,putting the nail on the coffin of the whole faster CPU crap,44 cars at once is more than double of those found on Forza or DC,yet the PS4 is faster.

No matter what the PS3 was worth and that's all speculation, my argument isn't they were arrogant for selling a $600 console, they were arrogant in their message to their fans that voiced concern about not being able to buy a $600 console. They were arrogant going into last gen saying that gen doesn't start until they say so, their whole thought process at that time was dripping with arrogance and that's why it didn't take until they lowered the price and had to humble themselves that they got back into that console race but you overlook all that just to retype over and over again the same sentence and to give excuses as to why they said or did what they did. In fact in March 2007 same time frame the xbox 360 sold 199k at $400 with no free games,the xbox one sold on March 229k while been $349 and having 2 free games,it barely outsold the 360 in march in timeframe.

Do you know what the phrase "the market sets the price" means? It means the price of an item the market (customers) are willing to pay for goods and services.

Why do you think the PS4 launched at $400? Why do you think everyone bitched the XB1 launched at $500? Because the market price for a new console is $400. Much like many consumers not seeing a value in Kinect for the XB1, not many consumers saw the added features in the PS3 to justify a $200 premium price.

Look, if you're talking about legacy type items the Xbox brand has a couple strong ones. First, they brought a unified online structure to consoles and popularized the concept for gaming overall. Of course they also popularized locking online multiplayer behind a paywall, but you still have to give them their due. Live is frequently listed as one of the defining features of the Xbox platform.

Second, and in my mind far more important, they used the 360's early launch and sizeable NA lead to force the major third party publishers to bring far more day and date multiplats out instead of the timed or outright exclusives that Sony had enjoyed for the previous two generations. This not only benefitted the Xbox platform, but was also a factor in the re-popularization of PC as a general gaming platform.

The Bone isn't going to add significantly to the Xbox's legacy, well in any positive way anyhow. That isn't to say they didn't want to, they just had everything unique about the Bone rejected by the gaming community at large, much of it quickly wiped away, and the remains mostly ignored by owners. It's the culmination of Mattrick's lack of understanding what the gaming community really wanted that started with his attempt to pivot the entire brand around Kinect. But MS certainly has no shortage of talented people or resources. I expect the neXtBox to bring some great ideas to gaming in a few years. But unless you're completely addicted to one of their couple of franchises this isn't the gen to be centering your gaming around the XBox. Their fanboys will buy and go to the grave defending it (after all, Brand is their primary factor in buying to begin with

No there is no self ownage that is call damage control,publisher didn't wanted the game analyse,in fact they complain about DF picturing the worse case scenario 44 cars in fact most of the early access games DF game are on unfinish form.

I don't think there much that they can do,both version drop the xbox one version just drop more,up to 19FPS,this game doesn't come in 3 months.

The game is gold that mean no further improvement the game is getting print as of this moment buffoon.

What happen was simple 3 weeks from launch DF showed the xbox one version of this game dropped to as low as 22FPS when it was suppose to be 60,what the fu** do you think that would do to sales of that game,this game dropped to 22 FPS that to get even close to 60 they need 30 freaking frames more,i don't see that happening no matter the level of optimization done.

I think in a few weeks when the game comes the PS4 version will still be faster while also been higher resolution wise.

As a console, the Xbox is and always has been defined by Halo. Gears of War, Forza, and Fable also give you a good idea of that console's identity. Hopefully Rare's next game breathes some life into that studio.

The thing is, Microsoft has the IP to make a grand statement about that console's identity and they just choose not to. They have some amazing IPs that they just sit on. Hopefully they'll stop doing that. I think Phil Spencer gets that you need games.

MS made all the wrong moves over the latter half of the 360. Microsoft was actually able to take spot front and center AFTER the PLAYSTATION 2 domination. The xbox became synonymous with console fps. Halo was huge. COD was industry changing/defining huge. Live was small game recognition huge.

At some point Microsoft could have released a handheld at this peak. They could have acquired some studios instead of Kinect investments. They could have built up new studios from the ground up. They ended up making all the quick buck greedy moves instead...........ended up grossing the line. I was saying that since I've registered on this site.
