As of right now all I know is that gears 2 is coming to 360. This was aimed at lems. If you look at SW lems hype this game to high heaven. The 2 fanboy squads that hype games the most are cows and lems. I rarely see a wii hype thread or PC game hype thread.

Attention all beta testers! What are your thoughts on LBP after playing the beta for a few days? I feel that the game isn't exactly anything groundbreaking or reveloutionary, when it comes down to it, it is just a simple sidescroller, with a level editor, story mode and online multiplayer. The game is fun and even some of the simplest user levels are enjoyable, the multiplayer is good aswell. I find the level editor to be very well set out, the tutorials given for certain tools and what not are clear.

Overall I feel that it will be an enjoyable game that will last quite long, but this all depends on wether or not the online community stays active.

I'm not in beta.. and from I've seen you are spot on, this feels like another spore to me, it promises alot but it's not going to deliver.

Really goes to show that with enough work you can actually change the mood and atmosphere of a level. While LBP is usually a very cute and cuddly game, this level actually produces a creepy feel despite all of that - It's really impressive.

Seeing how few games actually have receieved a 10 score any game is more likely to flop then to get a 10 man. No matter how good the game is.

The beta is a only a few days old. Let's put things into perspective:

The beta has been out for a bit and all ready we're seeing levels like Hollow Bastion and the SOTC level. Imagine what kinds of things will be out once people get all the creation tools and a bunch of practice with the techniques. I am so pumped. :)

NEWS FLASH it is possible to not like LBP

Well why wouldnt you hype it

1 it's got well known developers that have pumped multiple AAA's nope can't be that

2. it's well know franchise that always scores well, nope not that one.

3. The videos show the gameplay is tight and very exciting, nope not that one

4 the game levels that have been shown so far show the games gamplay and level creator are very easy to make a complex level worth playing. Nope not that one

Then when people say look at that video it looks boring.. oh that's the point it's great someone made that level??what really Sorry I don't think Creating a level is really that fun. I would rather hmm I don't know PLAY a GAME

I had hopes for this game but unless MM has the best SP campaign, then it's gonna flop sorry. I do hoep that's the case though and the COWS can enjoy their AA 8.0 game
