Most FPS games on the PC.
Valve Hammer Editor is an example. Absolutely amazing tool.
You can't get much better than the tools the developers themselves used. Luckily, many developers provide those tools.

Yep, LBP is the 1st of its kind on consoles, if proven a massive success which I believe it will if Sony markets it right then I expect alot of imitators to follow

LBP is an evolution of PC mods, not a revolution

though it is taking it more into the mainstream and making user-created content more user-friendly

Its much more innovative then Crysis or COD4. Crysis = Far Cry with better graphics. COD4 = linear shooter with no physics or destruction. LBP is innovative.

LBP = A level editor with weird characters.

See, I can do that too. ;)

The gameplay is better though forgot that. LBP = Most innovative game of 2008.
