I also flat out gave the reasons, twice, for why I think so, and power had very little to do with that, if you actually read those posts. Just for your benefit, let me copy and paste it here a third time.
I was looking at what consoles balanced (a reasonable amount of) power with cost, accessibility, and ease of development, as well as an overall well rounded architecture, with no obvious weaknesses or bottlenecks.
In those terms, however, anything with an obvious weakness is pretty shitty, in my opinion, because a console is meant to do one thing, and that is to play games- and if it makes that difficult, then it has failed at its one job.
In my opinion, the Xbox One fails in that regard. The Wii U fails. The PS3 failed. The PS2 failed. The Sega Saturn failed. The ones I named were the best designed ones of their era, however.
Best designed. I don't even care as much about power, if I did, I wouldn't have called the PS3 shitty.
