I thought that is was common knowledge that in the business world, even if your company moves to another mother- company, you still have to honor ALL time-committments to the prior mother-company you were under until they expire. In some cases, the contract can be indefinite.I'll let you take a potshot at what kind of contract MS and Bioware made with one another regarding the first ME.

lol, no you don't. Too human has now been o three different platforms if thats any evidence. And appearantly thats whole contract thing is void since EA now owns all the rights to there games :|.
Don't have the contract.. just do some research?
...You're not serious, right? Let me try and say it again. If you make a time-committment, you HAVE to honor it, regardless if you are bought out/move by/to another mother-company. This is void if the prior mother-company you were with was either assimilated by the current mother-company your company is withor declares bankruptcy and sales all the rights to said other mother-company. I cannot make it ANY simpler. And Too Human =/= the ME trilogy.
this is getting irritating... i give up your just too stubborn. I said '08, which is in the future i didn't say now.. or next month.
2nd of all, i don't know your ripping on me with your insider info when you didn't even realize capcom publishes GTA games and Sony published FF games.
Void...is a cancellation.
/discussion.
Beautiful. You can't come up with anything, so you simply say 'feh, you're too stubborn'. Yes, your debating skills are TRULY impeccable. You have earned my applause, sir. You also seemed to skip over the part of my post that detailed INDEFINITE time-committments. Cute.
Seriously, this should be common sense for Christ's sake. Microsoft poured MILLIONS into the first ME title, and you think that they're just going to let EA take what potential profits there are? Do you have any IDEA how ****ed up our country would become if such a thing was legal?
