Something about this is very fishy. Metroid Prime Echoes had multiplayer (not the best one, but still...), Metroid Prime Hunters came and had better multiplayer online. What nonsense? I have had played online games all of my life and loved them....... PC I do understand, but this gens consoles have been having quite a lot of features up their arses for some reason, kind of like the HD situation wich was available for years on the PC.

Whats wrong about not wanting some certain series going online? I see nothing wrong with it. I can name some series in wich its online is essential and I can tell you right now Metroid was definitely not one of them, ever. I look at series like Shadowrun and quite frankly I didn't want any of that crap in the series, they pratically ruined them for me and my interest in the latest entry is not what it used to be.

You can call it nonsense, but from my way of seeing things it's anything but that.

This guy brought up UNCHARTED and its lack of online gameplay.

I brought up Resistance.

That was ignored.

My response to the mentioning of Uncharted was that thats not a genre people expect to play multiplayer. Instead I brought up Lair and Warhawk as two games that are missing the important multiplayer and single player options people expect from those kinds of games. Proving that I am not a hypocrite and I judget all games on the same criteria.

REGARDLESS, you said it was bad for games to NOT have options, so apparently you are fine with a PS3 adventure game that has no option for online, but completely dismissive of a Wii adventure game with no option for online, which isn't even confirmed.

All I see are information that you claim they are official and 5 bad quality pics. Even the first pics from Metroid are better quality thatn that.

We like Nintendo products, we aren't brainwashed. MP was never mean to be an online game. I'm not saying I wouldn't like there to be an online portion, but the online aspect is totally different from the actual game.

I do hold some loyalty to Nintendo just like you hold a bias against them.
