Are you for real? A great game is not always defined by score. It dosent mean anything. I guess I should think GTA4 is one of the greatest games ever made because gamerankings says so. Well I dont. All games are a matter of opinion.

Who cares what others think. If you think Gears is the best so eb it. It was amazing imo.

And ratings don't mean much on a small scale. Games rated from 90% to 98% are all brilliant. You got to factor in other things like platform and genre. SOTC is at 92%ish and i think thats one of the best games ever.

Gears is better than MGS4, and thats not my opinion, its based on Gamerankings.

I don't find The Orange Box to be better than MGS4. Alot of those are no were near as good as MGS4.chaoz-king

When Ratchet flopped, Heavenly Sword didnt do as good, same with Uncharted, every Lemming was talking about GS scores and Cows had to deal with it, now you deal with the 10.

We use GS scores for determining flops. Gameranking scores are entirely relevant in discussions.

10 >>>> All those 8's and 9's.EVOLV3

10 is > 8. 10 is > 9. But 10 is not > All those 8's and 9's... unless you only plan on playing one game per gen.

Take out all the weird euro mags that gave it a 7 for whatever reason

and only count the respected review site places and most of them have a 10...

this is one instance where gamerankings or metacritic doesn't work to classify a game
