You really think MS is staffed exclusively by shysters and criminals but Sony only hires hires saints and good Samaritans? Sony can really do no wrong in your eyes.

Though I agree with the AA situation, why can't you comment on hwo the controller has been improved? The Impulse triggers don't sound great to you?

tormentos

Lets compare.

PS3.

Online free

controller with rechargeable batteries.

Apps no hidden under a pay wall.

PC HDD support for the best prices possible.

xbox 360.

$60 for online play.

Apps like netflix hidden under a pay wall.

Propietary and over priced HDD.

Propietary and ultra expensive wifi adapter.

No rehcageable batteries.

Don't know how good or bad inpulse trigger will be,since i will not get an xbox one for a long time, but i have see several sites actually loving the PS4 controller even more than the xbox one.

I am not beating that dead horse on this forum for the millionth time. Of course MS are guilty of price-gouging, we all know it, but Sony have done their fair share in the past, yet you never comment on that.

$100 million for a controller? Damn, what a waste of money when a decent KB + mouse is about $150.

Price, Power, AA batteries.

Each one Nitpicky and means absolutely nothing in the long wrong.

Ne-Plus-Ultra

I have to know, where does the "sheens" name come from?

So what are you doing for gaming then? Just sticking with what you got, going PC only, or just waiting to see what comes?

Oh, you also forgot Kinect, stick placement, games, power brick, looks like a VCR, paywall, the mystical cloud, and the NSA will install a tracking device in you if you by one, I know I must of missed a few there (sorry it's hard to keep track.)

Stick placement is superior on the XBox controller and the only people that think otherwise are die hard playstation fans that grew up with the playstation. I went from ps1 to XBox to ps2 and then 360 and the XBox controller is vastly superior.

Do you think it cost $150 to R&D the decent mouse and keyboards in question?.

I'm waiting on the Xbox One controller to get PC support, and then I'll buy one for myself for a few choice games I have that could use a controller.

Everything about it is an improvement over the 360 controller, and it just looks amazing.

Ly_the_Fairy

its confirmed for pC in 2014 i believe.    best controller ever...

lol yeah such a compellling argument as to why the DS4 is better.    Nice try Kutaragi, sorry you got fired for almost making Sony Bankrupt.

Please do not cry. MS waste 100 million and inferior controller. 360 controller is fine, money could have spent on buy more exclusive instead of turd like Ryse. You think with 100 million dollar they use modern battery technology, but nope. Lemming have to be milked like always. Ugly controller, no innovation, old technology. Only improvement is rumbler trigger? Maybe change name to gbox, for gimmick.

and you want a controller lacking every feature of the controller because you need the pseye?

perhaps you could explain where there are umpteen third party controllers for the ps3 which echo the design of the 360 pad, whilst there are zero designed for the 360 modelled on the DS3?

It seems that most people don't want imitation versions.

When people want a PS3 controller for the xbox, they want the real thing.

like i said, rechargeable batteries aren't ideal, i prefer to use quality alkaline AA batteries as they give better performance than the equivalent rechargeable. MS didn't rip me off with the play and charge kit because i haven't bought one. AA batteries this is such a none issue, you cows look beyond pathetic continuing to cry about it.sts106mat

They are not ideal for you who like to trow money away, rechrgeable batteries >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> normal batteries, don't buy cheap ones and you will see the difference.

In fact buying non rechargeable batteries in the long run is 10 times more painful than MS own charge and play kit which is why people byte into it,and MS keep selling you those kits.

imo game controllers that run on AA batteries is a total downgrade from wired controllers. electricity practically runs all through out the house grid and yet the controller cant access it. its kinda understandable for wii remote meant to be sway around, but for an power hungry rumbling xbox controller its kinda stupid.

[QUOTE="AmazonTreeBoa"][QUOTE="Desmonic"] QQ more. "Facts" lol Desmonic

Like I said, a kid. Nothing to say, so QQ more is your response. amusing. And lol at the fact all you wish, they still remain facts.

Opinions now = facts folks, you heard it here first

I'm thoroughly amused at how upset you are over this though  Please, do go on :)

 You really are a moron aren't you. Can't even tell the difference between fact and opinion. Fact-You have to plug your PS4 controller in to charge it, which makes it go from wireless to wired. Your ignorance doesn't chant that. Fact-If you wish to play wireless with your PS4 controller when it dies while you are gaming, you will need a second PS4 controller. Fact-You only have to swap out your rechargeable batteries in the X1 controller and continue your wireless play (no second controller needed) And  at your ignorance of thinking I am upset. Over what, your stupidity? Really, you think I am upset over that? No kid, you have it all wrong. Stupid people like you are what entertains me. Yes I will go on because that really the only way for me to get you to continue responding with ignorance. So you too, please go on.

Yes and when they die, you slap in a fully charged pair and continue about your wireless gaming experience. How this is so hard for you to grasp is beyond me. You aren't too bright.Desmonic

That, or you can learn how to read and comprehend simple text and realize that even rechargeable batteries also die, meaning that after X amount of charges they also stop being reliable, stop recharging or just don't hold enough anymore for heavy use (a category in which a controller falls). Meaning, more expenses over time, dummy. I find it so amusing when people try to call others idiot without understanding sh!t of what's been said of what the discussion actually is :D

Yes after hundreds and hundreds of recharges a rechargeable battery goes bad. WTF do you think the PS4 controller has inside it? Yeah dumbass, it has a rechargeable battery in it that can.............wait for it...........GO BAD!! Jesus you are stupid. But like I said, that's what entertains me here at SW.

Oh wait, built in batteries that last upwards of 6 years? You know, more than the length of a regular console gen? Oh noes I'm gonna have to buy soooooooooooooooo many substitute controllers! Poor little old me!! Whatever shall I do!! And it's not like I can recharge them on PC when I'm not playing so they don't run out of juice when I'm playing! Oh the horror!!

Oh that explains part of you. You don't grasp how long rechargeable batteries last. Here is a hint. My girl has rechargeable batteries that are 15 years old that still work fine. Now that is batteries from 15 years ago that last like that. Do you really think that in the past 15 years, rechargeable batteries haven't improved? WOW just WOW.

way to completely miss the point. there are loads of third party controllers for the PS3 modeled on the design of the 360 pad, because its generally considered better.......there are no third party controllers for the 360 based on the PS3 controller, because there isn't the demand for it, due to the 360 controller just being better.....

Really I missed the point, you just stated that there is NO demand for the PS3 controller on the 360, then I show you the proof, yet you still cannot except the fact that there is a demand. And once again why do you want a knockoff when you can get the real thing.

It's obvious that people don't want some fake, when there is a perfect version already available, this is why there is a market for adapters and not knockoffs.

Why is that so hard to understand.
