[QUOTE="TheCrazed420"]Why does this thread deserve a sticky? Don't we have enough floated threads already?naval
I guess you don't understand the importance of this topic to system wars. It could increase the number of AAA exclusive cows have by 1 and can't even fathom the repercussions it will have. So don't take such a important topic lightly
On topic, I don't think changes are enough to make this an exclusive
I guess you havent been around long enough to know that polls get hacked very easily and even if people came to a conclusion in this thread, to accept victory would demand logic and humilityby the loser. There is none here in SW.
[QUOTE="omarguy01"]are all the RE4s the same game?Greyhound222No.The Wii Edition has a slightly longer name.:P
:lol:True:lol:
I voted yes. Added content doesn't substitue as a new game if the base game is still generally the same.DaAznSaNConsidering Sigma's extra "content"is within the gameplay itself, I would say it does effect the "base" game.

But it doesn't change the facte that it's not an exclusive, and a remake of the original game for Xbox:)
Actually, yes it does. When you re-work the functions and game mechanics and even add in new plot points, it becomes a whole new game. A game not disimilar from two others, but a new game nonetheless. And since Sigma isn't going anywhere else....Pariah_001
it's not exclusive, stop crying about it :|
Who's crying?
You're trying to define a "non-exclusive" by using two other games that are, while similar in mechanics, largely different than Sigma's final product. Ninja Gaiden: Sigma is a PS3 exclusive game.

funny how so many ppl disagree with you:|
I see.
So it's the majority that dictates whats "correct" and "incorrect?*insert smiley here*

glad you learned
REmaking a game, that's already been released makes it a exclusive?:|I just don't get this, is RE4 for PS2 an exclusive just because it got a few new weapons, new costumes, you can play as Ada Wong and some new chapters??...Those are prolly similar changes that NGS got compared to NGB yet people still say it's a PS3 exclusive.....We're lead back to square one I guess
Too a degree, yes, the PS2 remake of RE4 did make it a different game since Ada's POV turned out to be a crucial part of the story. In any event though, there was more to Sigma than an extra scenario with Rachel.

The satire here is that you actually believe such a thing; simply because more people believe in a particular idea, that makes that belief true.

I may not completely agree with you with your first argument, but I totally agree with you in your second one.
[QUOTE="DeadMan1290"]Are Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Ninja Gaiden Black the same game, being as how soooo many people think they areand lots of people who think the aren't the same game on other threads I thought of making this thread so we can all express our opinions AND facts here. Now according to what I found in Wikipedia(You can go and read yourself), Ninja Gaiden Sigma is the same game as Ninja Gaiden Black but updated graphically and with a few added bonuses, and also some stuff that was present in NGB was taken out in NGS...So now I want for you to post your FACTS and OPINIONS on this issue so we can all end this discussion.

Huh? What was taken out?
Puzzles were taken out.
[QUOTE="myster_samz"]One character makes a huge difference people! :Roll:DeadMan1290
But it don't make it an exclusive.
I was J/K.
[QUOTE="funnymario"]I'd say they're too many updates to simply be the same game.lohithbms
Like??
I know there are a few updates, but 90% of the games is pretty much the same, i'd go on and say atleast 93 % of the game is same.
Holy blast from the past :oNow I think they're the same. Upgraded graphics just isn't really enoguh.

No prob.:P
They are published with different names, so that automatically make each their own separate entity and their own exclusive.SupraGT
So Ninja Gaiden and Ninja Giaden Black are two AAA exclusive for the Xbox? :?
And Nintendogs are three for the DS?

Nicely said. And I'd like to see the answer to this question.

Seeing the results in the voting. BTW thanks to the SW community for voting.
Over 400 votes saying that they're the same game. I guess we may have finally settled this.
DeadMan1290
You do realise that Super Smash Bros Melee was a HUGE seller? Brawl has a great change of out-selling halo 3. :|
I'm talking about your sig obviously....

The 360 might be getting three AAA exclusives soon, then. Halo 3; limited edition and legendary edition.

It has a chance. But if it doesn't then my sig will do the work for me. You know what I mean;)
Yes, it's the same game. Even the developers (Tecmo) said it was the same game. The graphics were improved, some extra content was added/removed and some other modifications to the gameplay and difficulty was changed. It's basically an upgrade to an existing game, that's all. blackace
See people.(Cows especially).....And not just because he said it but because LOTS of people said it. NGS is the same as NGB but with content.
Its the same dam game except one of the games is $60 while the other one is $20. Since I'm a ps3 owner I'm just gonna wait for a major price drop. Hell the game should only be going for about $30 at most on the ps3 but oh well I will just wait for the price drop because there are plenty of other good games coming out this fall to keep me busy.
I'm glad someone did this poll because its the same game.
Are Ninja Gaiden Black and Ninja Gaiden the same game?Zeliard9black and sigma are i bit of added content of NG.
