Sorry, not to join the fanboy bandwagon. I like the PS Vita and all but an FFVII Remake on the 3DS would utterly destroy the PS Vita and then some. Sony will be forever in regret of letting that game slide.

Any home console remake of FFVII would be multiplatform.

If there ends up being a full remake on the 3DS, and it ends up being the only eventual remake to happen, then I'd be disappointed. If they're going to do it, I'd prefer the go big or go home.

A PC/PS360 remake of FFVII on the Crystal Tools engine would sh*t all over a 3DS remake.
