Kinda surprised me when I saw it.

I was not expecting it to be such a significant expansion to warrant an even higher grade than both Civ V and "Gods & Kings"

PC indie titles count as full games, while XBLA nad PSN games don't.

And the expansions count but DLC is ignored on consoles. 

Edit: I think everything should count, just don't see why the PC get preferential treatment.

I enjoy Civ 5 but i dunno if this is worth $27
