No, it was proven to be units SOLD. You might want to recheck your "facts" And the thing with MC is that a troll site desperate for hits can significantly drop a games score with a troll review. And that was the case with Uncharted 3 But if you actually take a look at things. Uncharted 3 scored a significant amount of more 10's then Gears, which is why it still out scores Gears over all despite being hit by the obscure troll sites that Gears wasn't hit by. And only 5 web sites total scored Gears 3 higher then Uncharted Where as over 40 something sites had Uncharted 3 > then or = to Gears While over 20 sited had Uncharted straight up >>>> then Gears 3 Its pretty obvious to see that Uncharted>>> Gears especially if you have played both And its funny how you claim to be this unbiased and nuetral poster when all.I've ever seen you do is defend Microsoft like if you have a stake in the company No Sony specifically said sold to retailers. Fact of the matter is every game is subject to troll sites from metacritic. That's the name of the game, didn't stop tons of games from scoring higher than U3 even this year alone. I also laugh, I don't own a 360, I'll be getting a PS3 by years end and I never ever insinuated I was neutral. I have an obvious Nintedo slant which should be pretty obvious by my sig, display pic and now playing :|
The only thing metacritic has proved is that Gears 3 was received more consistently than U3 but U3 had more people who were either big fans of it or not. Excuses man, lies (about the sales) and excuses about the reviews. Sorry, both great playing great selling games. No need to try and pin 1 as God and the other as trash. You just look silly.
