RE5 Reflects "Political Correctness"

When I first saw the resident evil 5 trailer, it looked awesome. I never understood the whole controversy over killing blacks because I felt there was plenty of games that had done before. It especially bothered me since there would be no problem if it was a black protagonist killing white only enemies. About six or so months ago I saw a trailer of the game with a few white enemies and I was ok with that but the demo I played today was borderline ridiculous! You would be killing mobs and out would come an asian guy, a middle eastern guy, and a italian guy that resembled Mario. This is supposed to be the slums of Africa and we have asians and italians? Give me a break. The game played great and I enjoyed it but these pathetic attempts towards a more politically correct game are just absurd.

ALL people are stupid when it comes to the following things:

Racial Discrimination

Religion

Politics

Morality

Get used to it.

There is but think about it. About 4/10 mobs or more are white/asian/latino/middle eastern in a slum that resembles Kenya or an African Slum that I can intelligently say are mostly blacks in that part of the world..Its not towards realism but political correctness

Yes I do. This is supposed to be an African Slum though which for the most part is Blacks especially since it resembles a Kenyan slum. The original version of the game had only blacks too, but has since been modified to fit in with our politically correct environment. Instead of adding a few white guys in, they added asians, italians, and other races too that were completely unnecessary.

I've already stated this multiple times but people are too lazy to read. I don't care that there is white people in the game, my main problem with the game is that they went way overboard by having every single race accounted for and just having some out of place character models.. In Kenya? Well I hate to burst your bubble but the original game had only blacks in it before they got complaints from the media. The complaints weren't about the game not being realistic to the ethnic ratios but to it being too racist for a white guy mowing down blacks. The original game represented what they saw when they were studing the actual cities of Africa that they wanted to base their game setting off of which were primarily black/all black

Many people felt that in San Andreas, the main character was based off a sterotype of a black man and so there was a argument about him. But considering how GTA isn't practical at all, things will be exaggerated, But San Andreas featured the California gang scene centered around LA, throwing in some emotional Boyz in the Hood moments ever now in then. Hell, I liked CJ. It's all about Black politicans throwing the red flag. As for Resident Evil 5, a Black African woman who had no knowledge of the Resident Evil franchise felt that a game such as RE5 viewed Africans as diseased animal, and that having Chris Redfield(a white man) killing them was racists.

The thing is, people who make a big deal about an Asian, or White person sprinkled into the fray will never understand why she feels that way. At the sametime she'll never understand Resident Evil 5 simply because she's never bothered with it until she saw her first Black zombie. But, like I said before if you are complaining about the small amount of non-Black Africans in RE5 who you stumble across once in awhile then you really need to get a life. This is one argument regarding political correctness that just seems lost.
