I think Kvalleyx said he was going to pay $70 for it. If it wasn't him, I know there was at least 1 xbox guy who usually pays for their games but whoever it was may have fell back on that idea.

I understand. The most logical thing to do is to ignore the game like it never came out. Lots of lems have already been doing this for over half a day.

I just played like an hour or so earlier.

Im not sure if its been reported, but the controls feel.......off.

Its hard to explain, but its like the controller doesnt respond right away.

Add to that, there are long stretches of quiet nothingness while traveling to a mission location that just makes the game feel off.

Maybe it would be different in coop..........but i dont have any friends lol

I dont know how they compared it to Far Cry because that series has perfected the spontaneous moments on the way to an objective loop.

This was more like an early access game that has "random encounters" on the community's most requested feature list.

@navyguy21: Even on mouse and keyboard, the aiming is trash. There's no way to change ADS sensitivity ffs. ON AN FPS GAME. Also there's like smoothing or something on the mouse.

Coop is also trash cos the servers kept kicking me and my mates out of the game. I uninstalled after 2 hours. What a waste of bandwidth this game is.

The core of the game is fucking whack, and I dunno if that is salvageable or not. At least cyberpunk's core was intact, this doesn't.

It's baffling, and makes you wonder what state the game was in last year when they delayed it.

If they were going to do open world, then go all out like Assassins Creed and make rpg mechanics and real loot.

I've been around these forums recently and I'll be honest, I didn't really see too much hype, if at all, for Redfall. Lots of people were understandably cautiously optimistic or waiting for reviews. I didn't see people going "OMG REDFALL YEAHHHHH LET'S GO!!!!!"

But if people really were hyped for this piece of shit game especially after the early footage a month or so ago, then it's no wonder why the gaming industry is in the toilet. Bunch of seals clapping at anything. Eat the slop.
