[QUOTE="tango90101"] no blog is credible. the fact you don't see this really clears a lot up for me...
so, bloggers with NO access to data is more credible than the company that TRACKS AND MAINTAINS the data?

Industry bloggers. What part of that don't you get? Are you trying to say that people who work at GameSpot or IGN have no access to any data or news? Then why would we come to this site?
Case in point, in US politics, who are you more likely to believe, Lou Dobbs in his blog, or Tony Snow, White House PR? I am going to believe Lou before I would believe the PR rep.
And I am not saying that is the only place I get news from, as you seem to believe. I get news from all over, and I also make my own opinions based on many sources, and personal experience. You really do only read what you want to read, and not what is written.
Now, like I said, I am done on this topic. The thread has moved on. So should you.Â
1. any person can call themselves an "industry insider". it does not make them any more credible than the manufacturers.
2. comparing politics to consumer electronics is apples to oranges..Â
3. the prob is you believe EVERYTHING that is written... not good.Â
can type "80 words per minute"..
it doesnt' mean i can type 80 words a minute...
