[QUOTE="NinjaMunkey01"]. But then you get little things though like extra content. That where things get a little grey. Like sould caliber 4 with the disk exclusive characters, and red alert 3 having extras on the ps3. Finding the cut off point where a game becoms exclusive, and not multiplat, is not as easy is the bare bones of each game are the same. That the problem.HarlockJCExtra just make one multiplat better than another, the game is still the same. Look at Phantom Brave an amazing JRPG which just came out on the Wii. It has better graphics than the PS2, there is an added story mode which is not on the PS2 and even a small change in the title. The game though by the rules is just better on the Wii but it is still a multiplat. Wait are you saying? If this game isn't exclusive (I mean it is completely different, it doesn't play any of the user generated content, or levels in lbp), and has a vastly different theremometer. Has alot less features, etc. Making it incredibly dfiferent (and alot worse). If this game isn't exclusive than I would say anyone complaining that cows are worse than lemmings are insane.
Well its exclusive for now atleast. A game counts as an exclusive untill the other version launches, evne if we know it in advance.
Im just going to wait nearer to launch to make any judgement.

But theres got to be a cut off point somewhere. There must be a point where the game is so much better or sifferent that it becomes exclusive. The NGS game that came out for the ps3, some people call that exclusive. thats the problem. Its hard to find a cut off point for every game that works.
additionally sony has said LBP PSP will have a lot of content from the PS3 version with "some new content" as a sony rep said
so they are going to be very similar, including the ever popular floaty jump and creative levels that hide the lack of real platforming difficulty and challenge
[QUOTE="johnnyblazed88"]lawlplaystation exclusive

We don't really know how different it is to the console version yet (At least I don't). Let's just say it is.Floppy_Jimif it's the same, then not exclusive :P im pretty sure the psp version has different levels.

I can think of multiple times where thats happened. Gears 1 and ME for example. We all knew it was going to PC but alot of lemmings and others called it an exclusive till that day. Even then , that should be the rule.
2007
Fanboy 1 "Gears 1 is not an exclusive, i can play it on PC"
Fanboy 2 "Well go on then"
Fanboy 1 "....... i cant"
Fanboy 2 "Why?"
Fanboy 1 "........its only out on the 360"

If this game isn't exclusive than I would say anyone complaining that cows are worse than lemmings are insane. Here is an easier way to put it. Would a remake be counted has an exclusive even if they added the better graphics, extra music, some gaming extras and online. The answer would be no it is still the same game just better. Look at DQ4 on the DS compared to the NES or NGS on the PS3 compared to the Xbox.nhh18
A simple look at the screenshots of the PSP version of LBP would tell you that the levels are completely different than the PS3 version. But go ahead lemmings keep making invalid opinions and speculations that they're going to recreate everything and put it on an UMD.
Exclusive or not, you still can't play it.
Why does this have to be a fanboy vs fanboy thing?A simple look at the screenshots of the PSP version of LBP would tell you that the levels are completely different than the PS3 version. And that you can't make that stuff on the psp due to memory constraint issues? This is a fanboy vs fanboy thing because it is absoloutly insane what the coinage exclusive has come too. If this is not exclusive. Not saying this to mario because the information for lbp psp isn't set in stone.[QUOTE="nhh18"]Wait are you saying? I wouldn't say that if I were you, MS exclusives destroy Sony exclusives in terms of quality/quantity (But we still don't count them, which we should keep it this way)

Ummmmm no... that's false statement.Would it be exclusive if the million user generated content was incompatible on the psp, and only compatible on the ps3. And that you can't make that stuff on the psp due to memory constraint issues? Why would it not be? If the "story mode" is the same then it's the same game. If it's on another platform of any kind then it's not exclusive.

I would agree with you, however, Both the PSP and PS3 are Sony products so I consider LBP an exclusive.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're roght, btw, where that AAAAE that the 360 have? You may think that the 360's exclusives are better, and that's cool, but between the wii, the 360, and the ps3, no oneS library "destroys" the other FACTIf it's on another platform of any kind then it's not exclusive.

if its sony only then its an exclusive u cant penalize them cause they want to put it on the psp
its still sony only
i wonder if MS had a portable system and made halo and gears for it will lemmings starts saying its no longer an exclusive?
No it isn't. A sony exclusive. It is completely two different entities that are named littlbigplanet ps3, and littlebigplanet psp. Littlebigplanet psp has an exclusive story mode and exclusive user generated content. The ps3 has exclusive story mdoe and exclusive user generated content. :(. Sony exclusive is fanboy verbatim which is almost exactly the same asmicrosoft exclusive. Its exclusive to Sony Playstation...So that means playstation 3...and Sony PLAYSTATION portable.

No one is trying to penalize anyone we are just trying to keep the rules simple. Again it's not a fanboy thing.LOL, if you played GRAW, there is no way in hell you can call the PC and 360 versions the same, it's not even close. But different levels for LBP is a good thing.sorry
1 there is no online on it
2 the levels are completely different it is not the same game(I read this on GI).
3 if this is not an exclusive game then GRAW is not a X360 exclusive as well.

If you believe that this is nothing more than a straight port, then bide your time. More information proving (or disproving) your claim will be here shortly. And until the game releases, even if it was a straight port, The PS3 version would be "exclusive" until the PSP version drops. So it isn't like you can "get in on teh pwnage" early by talking about this now, as opposed to when you have the proof you need.

with that list? YEAH:lol: You put Two Worlds in your list. That game alone just brought the effectiveness of that list down by like 20 points:lol:If the core game is still the same between the two versions, then no it's not exclusive. If the two are dramatically different, then yes it is exclusive.Stevo_the_gamerthen halo 3 isn't a exclusive because it is the same core gmae. This isn't what makes a game exclusive or not.
