What's there to exaggerate? It's a Zelda game, so it will be in the hunt. As for TP, I knew exactly what I was getting: OOT2. Not sure what wii fans you're referring to, but my expectations were met, and I loved it.

Yes, gameplay+graphics are the best combo, and for a wii game, SS looks good, so I'm happy.

I for one think it looks just fine. I will not be focused in on jaggies or pixel counting with a magnifying glass, but instead enjoying the gameplay just like I do when playing all games, even ones like Infamous 2 and LA Noire. Those games are not perfect looking either but it doesn't matter because I play games for enjoyment, not for judging graphics.

Haters are going to hate, at the end of the day, what will matter is the gameplay... hopefully.

I'm not mad, its video games. But yeah, if graphics are soo important to someone that they would pass on great design (and this isn't even about Zelda) then that's good for them, I am not as limited in my thinking however so have fun with whatever it is you like to play (and I actually mean that) and I I'll have fun with what I like.

Just so my previous post isn't looked on as hating the game (just the graphics), I am getting this game first day. Graphics does not equal gameplay. Which the Zelda games have in gobs!

I said it wouldn't surprise me if it wins it, not guaranteeing it. From what I've seen, I like, and assuming it receives the Zelda standard of polishing, I see nothing radical about my opinion.

For TP, scorewise, here it flopped, but overall it scored high. Nobody is hyping SS to that level anyway, so if anything, its low level of hype will help in regards to both scores and fan opinion.

Because if I want to go to the store and play a game on the shelf I have to have the right hardware. Also, why exactly can't I both get new hardware and enjoy old school games? Is that like illegal in your country?

Graphics definitely suck, but i am not getting it cause of the horrible Wiimote. Graphics suck on 360 and PS3 aswell.

And right there are my concerns about Zelda.

My favorite Zelda game till now ( i havent play all games though ) is Wind waker , im saying that just to say im Cel shaded fan and i dont mind "childish" looks in games as long as are state of art , like Wind waker was. Now SS looks fantastic ,a sky adventure with cities ,castles on the sky etc.. Yeah i like all the scenery and the art of the game.

Now what about gameplay. Most of Zelda veterans know more or less what to expect. The issue i see here is Wii-mote. How will affect the game as of response of movement or since game is so big how convinient will be to play multiple hours ( i dont want to have my Right hand as Arnold Schwarzeneggers nor to have a tenoditis or something after 3-4 hours of gameplay ).

Also another concern of mine is WHAT they will introduce as new gameplay mechanics and level designs to add something new to this zelda formula we all know so well. If they add many new things and mechanics all good but i wouldnt want Zelda SS be another "identical" Zelda as the previous just with different looks. If you get what i mean.

Galaxy 2's visuals + 60 fps is mindblowing, old tech aside.

I think SS looks incredible, thanks to the artstyle. They say you really have to see it in motion. The background and objects gradually becomes like a painting the further away you get, sort of like this screenshot. Notice how sharp and colorful the bird is. I personally couldn't be more excited to experience its visuals, especially the art itself in parts we haven't seen yet.

I agree with you. Who takes SW posters seriously? There's like 10 posters here who have something usually worth listening to. Its not gonna win any graphics awards but it looks fine for what it is. Done. Can we talk about how awesome this is gonna be?

I think the cues it takes from impressionism are downright lovely, kinda like what Braid did on XBLA. Certainly looks much prettier than the cell-shaded look of WW, though this is naturally just my opinion.
