facepalm, you people are trying to make me out as a biased fanboy, this is not the case, I was trying to make a point that the PSPs sales should not be counted along with PS3s success as it is a different console, and since the PC has almost always been called...you know what theres no point, I am also done with this thread.

Let's look at all the things Sony has lost this gen. This is not opinion, it's fact. 1. Most of their marketshare: FACT 2. Billions of dollars: FACT 3. Nearly all of their third party exclusive franchises: FACT 4. Their place as the industry leader: FACT 5. Their lead in total AAA and AA reviewed games: FACT Let's face it, the only thing PS3 has going for it are Sony's first party titles, but the problem is 98% of the games on the console are multiplat, and for the most part they are inferior on the PS3. So basically 98% of your gaming on the PS3 is second rate. Even franchises like Metal Gear, which were thought to be exclusive to PS3 are coming to the 360, and sales of Sony's first party title sales have been underwhelming to say the least. Sony is a weak company at this point. They are losing money hand over fist. Even their waggle wand shown at E3 seemed like a joke, an afterthought cheap knockoff item coming as a last desperate effort from a company that has been brought to it's knees this generation by its peers. To answer you opinion with my opinion:

1. They haven't lost their market share, all PS3 owners are able to play all the games 360 spend money to gain. That's a fact. Losing something means not having availability to it. Most previous exclusive PS2 games are now shared with xbox 360, they aren't lost for Sony. That's a fact.

2. Show me the quarterly, monthly or yearly money lost according to your account for Sony and Microsoft gaming industry so we can compare how much each lost. Your opinion on billions of dollars applies to Microsoft as well, since we have no actual figures in front of us, your fact # 2 isn't valid.

3. Again, they lost exclusivity on some titles but not the games themselves. Both consoles get to play them, both Microsoft and Sony make money. Your fact # 3 is pure fanboyism, I mean no offence but that's how I udnerstand it.

4. True, they are not PlayStation 3 market gaming leader, neither is Microsoft's Xbox 360 - That market belongs to Nintendo DS, Wii and PSP. You need to remember that previous two generations were PlayStation brand leaders for over 10+ years. This is not something to dismiss nor are we even in half a life span of PS3. Currently Xbox 360 has close to 9 Million advantage in user base but you're also forget 1 year advantage in console life span. That's a fact you can't ignore. Have the both console been released on a similar time frame, I doubt we would had this conversation, if PS3 reaches 30 Million is three years as well, would it be fair to say they are both pretty equal sales wise? I don't think so, PS3 still sells with double price tag and manages to sell this well.

PS3 is out for little over 2 and a half year, keep in mind that other then MGS4, Sony has sold 22 Million console with new I.P's and multiplatforms. Do I have to list upcoming exclusive titles that kept PS1, PS2 era on top? You're assuming to much this generation, we are early in the race, at least PS3 is.

5. AAA and AA titles? That depends on which website reviewer you're considering. You know it, I know it. Reviews are one mans opinion which doesn't translate to what we, as gamers enjoy. You know one of my favorite games on Xbox 360? Halo Wars. I believe it's a great strategy game done in the mind of console controls, it's very enjoyable but it got low 6 and 7 reviews... The same thing goes for Folklore. Again, great game meets hard critics.

I don't take your AAA, AA as a fact, that's purely subjective and reviews gives their opinions on the games but are not full proofed what gamer should play or not. I make my own mind what I enjoy, had for that last 15 years when Internet heavy critics struggles to survive on Game Magazines.

Your another fact on multiplatfrom quality is again based on to much system wars influence, have you played multiplatform games in the last year and a half on PS3 to actually confidently still clinch to "Ps3 multiplatform games are bad"

It's a same old beaten horse that holds no ground as "PS3 has no games".

I could have proper arguments with you all day long but I really have no time or patience to do so, I do have one question.

Why are you so hostile towards PS3 for? You could say you're not but all your facts are very angry at PlayStation.

You should enjoy games and take some time of from system wars, again - this is my judgemental opinion mate. ;)
