both of those line-ups are pretty bad with only one or two standout tittles on either side at best

The only reason more Sony fanboys don't bring up PC/PS3 games is that there aren't many.

The fact remains that if someone is deciding between a 360 and PS3, games like Left 4 Dead 2 and The Witcher 2 are plusses for the 360. Sure, you don't need a 360 to play those but the only console you can get them on is the 360.

What? Sony has posted losses in four consecutive fiscal years. I don't think Sony is going to be shutting its doors any time soon because of it (they'll consolidate their best performing assets and spin off the rest before they'll allow that to happen) but the thought isn't anywhere near as far fetched as you make it out to be. :?

Sony's gaming division is somewhat profitable...barely. The rest of the company sucks, no way around it. They sell way overpriced hardware (especially TV's in which Samsung and now LG are superior in, plus cheaper).

The fact their gaming division has exclusives doesn't mean jack in the overal picture of the company. Yeah I get it this is a video game message board but is it really that hard to think logically before typing up some ridiculous reply about exclusive video games when the company as a whole is seemingly going down in flames?

You would have to be a moron to see this financial report and respond with "Yeah but we have a new God of War...Jelly!!" Tools.

Let's see if we can simplify this for the cows. Athough it says "off sales of $19.2 billion" the total sales are a loss of $312 million overall.
