Hypocrisy at its finest. As you say, consoles are a form of DRM. You get to trade in your games? Oh my, what a bonus. Personally, I just buy my games as much as possible.
Yep, also, the advantage of used sales on consoles is easily offset by cheaper PC game versions on release, and by Steam sales/similiar deals which are rather rare on consoles...
Also, to make things even worse, there's a good chance consoles makers will be even more hostile towards used game market next gen, perhaps even completely blocking it. Now, that move would suck a lot, but judging by the direction where the industry's going, it's not much of a stretch...
