There's plenty of middle ground, and plenty of people are happy with the spot they've staked out in it. I'm happy with my setup. If it works on my PC, great. (I wouldn't describe it as a powerhouse, though - no LGA2011, nothing's overclocked, all in all it's just an ordinary gaming PC.) If it doesn't take advantage of my PC, I can always play it on a console. Options... aren't you guys supposed to be all about those?lowe0

Because apparently consolites have no standard practices or values. They can say what they want but PC gamers are supposed to have higher standards as they claim to be the master race. The best one was when a guy said he got motion sickness from his 3D monitor so Lowe0 said he should get it because PC gamers claim to be superior beings than normal console gamers. He takes everything literally and seems to have no sense of "oh that's just BS", or at least he acts like that. He has no fun whatsoever and SW is serial business to him.

He just doesn't like PC gamers. He had some terrible experiences playing PC games online and has to stretch that kind of behaviour out over the whole PC community (millions of people). Which is just stupid.

Same with people who overgeneralize console gamers (saying they are all kids for example). That's stupid too.

Strange as it may sound I kinda liked lowe0. But what he said in this thread makes him look like a complete fool though. I doubt anyone still takes him serious now.

Eh, I've dealt with it before when it made sense to (my Mass Effect save predated my Surround setup, so I stuck with PC on that one), but in this case, it was cheap enough not to worry about. If I deserve criticism, it's for preordering instead of waiting to see what the developers did.lowe0
