Yah, I remember Valve doing that with L4D2 shortly after it released. Then they came out with a statement saying they had a 3000% increase in sales of L4D2 over the first day sales the game had, or something like that :P

I'm sure there will be a great deal on Portal 2 this sale. Maybe not $6 good, but who knows.

The Witcher is one of the most fun RPGs I've played through. I really liked the story, so I'd like to know what happens in the second one.

I'm going to have to hold off for now though.
