And ouch, a 5-star wanted level. Looks like they set up a nice police blockage. Running away from the cops is gonna be nuts at higher wanted levels.

Yeah one thing I noticed bout this screen (which by the way is nice) is that Niko is bloody which shows that he has taken damage, and is being shot at by many SWAT guys... But his Health and Armor bar are still full :?

Sounds cool because I stole a tank two times and hid it in my garage, I was a god in GTA, mwhahaha.

Graphics are way better than expected. Definately way above average unlike last GTA games and still has the scope of a big city.BlizzardBear

What will be more noticeable is the lighting in this game and I think every developer gonna make lighting more important than graphics, lighting is gonna be the new standard after this game because everybody can make good graphics nowadays.

Yeah, Journey was a great nod to the Sopranos, right up to that ending with the music stopping suddenly and the blackout. And then segueing that into that GTA4 theme. So perfectly done.

I love how he tied the music in with what he was showing, both in terms of content and in terms of timing. This is better than most official trailers that I've seen from any game.

G4 apparently created this, though, which sort of gives me a sour taste in my mouth. :P

Oh btw, second review is out from PSM. Another 10/10, to nobody's surprise. I know people will say they had to give it a 10 after OXM gave it a 10, but still.Zeliard9

1-up says it has some pop in and some framerate issues.. and that they indeed use somefilters to hide some graphicall uglyness..

I doubt it will be a problem in any way though

Who else thinks the next GTA should take place in like the Carribean during the time of pirates or Europe being a knight or something. I think the pirates one sounds especially fun stealing ships scaring villagers and such. Wouldn't mind the next one being an MMO either.BlizzardBear

Yeah, cars are much different and much more realistic in GTA4 than past GTA's. They have physics depending on what type of car they are, and the weight, etc. A lot of the previews have mentioned that it's one of the best new things about GTA4. Driving has a learning curve and takes skill in the game now.

I just got an e-mail saying I could preorder GTA IV (like I haven't had it payed for six months ago). Anyways, there was a link to a page with official widgets here. One has radio samples (sounds like we won't need custom soundracks for this).

I agree. Someone was saying it was on G4's website and they made it, but I didn't see it there, though I wasn't really trying to browse that horribly designed site for very long. So I dunno who actually made it. Whoever it was has skills.
