All Nintendo has to do is expand on the original Mario Kart DS formula.

Add a few more extras, better courses, more VS modes, more maps, better online (somewhat)and I see this getting AAA.

And it will be polished. I actually like that I don't need sequel after sequel after sequel. I can't begin to even think about the amount of hours sunk into that MKDS cart.

Mario Kart DS is my favourite in the series and apart from graphics I'm not sure what else they could do with it anymore, other than do another Double Dash kinda thing. However I really hate seeing games lose points for being too much like their predecessors, if it's a great game then let it be so.tomarlyn

I can't think of one.

I just bought a wii within the last month, so I'm sort of behind as far as "this scored this and that scored that." However, upon just buying one I went back and watched a lot of reviews on numerous sites in hopes of getting a list of games together to buy. What I've noticed is that there is a general tone in a lot of the reviews that screams of, "...yeeeaaaahhhhh:?, the game is really really good, BUT it would be so much better if it were on better hardware." That is not a professional way to come at a game when it is your job to review objectionally for a consumer.

AAA only has three more votes than AA.

Just a few more votes and this might just avoid flopping

I know there are reviewers who are biased against the Wii. As far as I've seen they don't work here.

And like I said I can't think of one game that was rated "low" by GS for no reason other than being on Nintendo's system, including 3D Land. Perhaps 3D Land was underrated. I wouldn't know. But there are quite a few explanations for that that don't involve some sort of irrational vendetta against Nintendo on the reviewer's part.

People always call bias when they see a score they don't like, but it's nothing but paranoia unless there's something to back it up.

Not going to happen. The game adds a lot of things to the Mario Kart formula.

The hype is both now AAE and AAAE for this game.

It looks like a good improvement compared to the last Mario Kart handheld game.
