Three laps per course for regular courses. Some courses like Baby Park have more laps (5 or 7), some have only 2 laps, and some are just point to point race courses, with no laps.
Haven't been hyped for a Mario Kart since...Mario Kart 64, i mean don't get me wrong, i highly enjoy the franchise and the DS game was really good, however this isn't a franchise i get hyped for...but, Mario Kart 7 does looks amazing.
This 'Hype Race' between AAE hype and AAAE hype is incredibly interesting, and sort of fitting considering Mario Kart is a racing game :P Does anyone else think AE hype will use a Blue Shell and get ahead of both AAE and AAAE hype at the last moment?

I'm surprised by the Eurogamer review. Normally I'd say an 8 at EG would mean a 7.5 on GS. However, I think it will fair nicely here, given the online aspect. The community is bound to explode, and I think it will be recognised for that.
