why are Americans still buying GBA. It beat the PS3. In Japan it sells only about 8,000 a month. And in US over 100,000.chansaet

I'll admit, I haven't followed GBA sales before, but one could assume it's doing well recently because of the release of FF VI... Just a thought.

I'll also go out on a limb here and say that maybe, just maybe the PS3 is still not selling well due to it's lack of games.  Hopefully for Sony's sake, they can start delivering (this month) more games as I'd hate to see this being a one pony race.(monopoly)

I'm not shocked at all that the PS2 is still selling well.

I'm a PS3 fan but damn those numbers are horrible. I spend money like crazy on electronics so $500-2000 doesn't deter me but $600 for a console is expensive. It is. Sony has to lower their price.jdang307

So the PS3 sold so terribly that the PS2 outsold it. Looks like Sony better step it up or their

 powerful black box is going to become the next Sega Saturn. That would be awful.
