Arrogance maybe to some degree but Reeves still failed to capture the cavalier attitude, the smart alec sarcasm, that manipulative user of people who tricks people to accomplish his goals, and just that tone of someone who approaches situations with casual disregard to the gravity of it, or at least that's what you'd get from Constantine's outward demeanor.

Hell, missing the blonde visage isn't even the worst offense of this movie treatment, it's the fact that they americanized the character. I realize there are often subtle nuances in translating material across media, but damn, they broke the cardinal rule - "Thou Shall be Faithful to the Source Matrerial". John Constantine is the quintessential 'British bloke' and they couldn't even get someone to deliver the proper accent. No instead we got your typical Keeanu 'valley boy'.

That more than anything was a slap in the face to fans, and yes, I did collect the series for a considerable run. I even have the Swamp Thing issues of his first appearance before he got his own series.

Diablo 3 GOTY? Ok buddy, you've never played D2 have you. Diablo 3 was one of the biggest let downs in gaming for so many people.How can you put it on there I don't even understand.

Downpours gameplay is just PATHETIC for a 2012 game. It was kinda understandable for the 2 and 3 to have clunky gameplay since they are somewhat old but not a 2012 game. (also even tho Downpour has decent atmosphere 2 and 3 are still much better in that regard) And yes I've played Downpour.

Black Ops 2 I haven't palyed but even tho there are some small inovations is still CoD. Its like saying FIFA should be game of the year. Come on...

The only game worth having on that list is Hitman (and possibly Borderlands 2, never played the franchise to know for sure but I stil doubt it).

Anyway my GOTY is Dishonored. Finally an amazing new IP.Sequel after sequel gets so tiresome.

Other games I enjoyed this year are: Hitman A, Mass Effect 3, The Walking dead, Guild Wars 2, Max payne 3 off the top of my head.

I'd have to say Dragons Dogma. I can't think of any games that came out this year that I enjoyed as much as that game.

Btw Hitman is now officially my GOTY. It was originally Borderlands 2, but Absolution is just too facking awesome of a game and keeps getting awesomer.

I just spent like 2 hours on a single level segment learning the area, it's different routes, studying the patterns of each and every single god damned NPC, knowing every single detail of the land, knowing the exact millisecond when a fly is going to land on somebodys hand, etc. Just insane crazy sh*t. Managed to beat the level on Purist and placed 18th nationally on the leaderboard. It's rare that a game makes me want to attempt something so ridiculous, and I still plan on perfecting my performance on each and every level. I will become the ultimate facking assassin!
