Most people would vote for Crysis, without even looking at my posts, so the poll hardly means anything TBH

Also OVERALL Crysis is ahead technically, but just in a few minor things, as the charatcer models, visibility, physics etc

Always keep in mind, Crysis is a final optimised game, Fable 2 pic will get 9 more months of work until release

But Fable 2 light beams, shadows and detail is definatly way ahead IMO, and is a given, Crysis is old now, Fable 2 is coming later, so was a given that would look far better

Firstly, to say that Fable is a technically better looking game than Crysis is completely laughable. A different style, OK I'll grant you that. But in terms of complexity nothing comes close.

Secondly, have you ever seen Crysis running in real life saolin? Obviously not, as you keep requesting people to post a picture that "proves" that there's no effects to make it look better in screenshots than it actually does in reality. Yet you yourself are presently arguing that Fable 2 looks just as good as the Crysis pictures when Crysis has been out and seen by many and Fable 2 has not yet been released and could very well be the one that has been touched up.

So stop pushing the point that Crysis looks worse in real life than it does in the pictures when you have not seen it running for yourself, and then claim that Fable 2 looks just as good when you have not yet seen it in real life. Crysis has been seen by many, Fable 2 has not even been released yet.

I am sure Crysis with supersampling is more impressive, the pics posted above are totally behind though, the real in game ones

But with the right machine and update in engine, and hardware of 2009, i am sure Fable 2 will be left behind, until then those pics posted above do not look good at all TBH of Crysis, and do not make the game justice even, people just do not tweak their pc's right, and now i have to defend Crysis too

And no the hardware limitations of the Xbox are clear, and if anyone is going to be right about it, its the developers.

Take Fable 2s information from the man himself for example............

The Cry engine 2 can run on consoles, but Crysis - heck no.

You keep saying that 'yes, Crysis has better character models... obviously, and yes, it's obviously got destructible environments and better physics, and yes the the small details might be a bit better, but Fable 2 still looks far better!'

No, it doesn't. In terms of art style, well, that's another story. But while we're on the subject of technical graphics, it's ridiculous for you to think this way. Nothing, and I mean nothing in Fable 2 - not one individual graphical feature matches up to Crysis'. Clearly the trees aren't as good as Crysis (which is what you claimed) because they're not destructible.

And no, the textures aren't as good as Crysis' - not by a long shot. And when you said 'that's why Fable 2 is amazing. Because of the amazing graphics and the scope of its levels.' No, dude, that's why CRYSIS is amazing. Crysis has better graphics and probably bigger levels too.
