Capcom and Konami gets my vote:D
RYevil
What would Capcom learn from Konami and vice versa? I think both have the same strengths and weakness.

Capcom tends to try new franchises while Konami doesn't.
Capcom tends to lean to the West at times while Konami leans to the East
Capcom has Shin Mimaki *spelling?* and Konami has Kojima
Capcom focus's more on consoles while Konami focus's more on handhelds and arcades

I disagree. I still see it as a "two left feet" combo

Hardly, Konami was rather hit hard by the shift from 2D to 3D, while Capcom adapted better. The amount of franchises that Konami have let go in translation or has relegated to handhelds, and the overimportance that is given to Kojima and the Mertal Gear franchise by the obvious lack of the same level of presense of their other once flagship franchises is something Konami should definitively improve upon.Capcom as it stands nowadays, is a more diverse and successful in it's diversity gaming company, and that's a shame, since I prefer Konami myself.

Capcom also has tons of succesful games like Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Vietiful Joe, Dead Rising, Lost Planet, etc so far the last 2 gens. All konami has been is Metal Gear Solid. There console games stink outside of MGS.[QUOTE="Panzer_Zwei"][QUOTE="Shusty_lives"][QUOTE="RYevil"]Capcom and Konami gets my vote:D

Konami literally was God. Contra 3, Snatcher, Metal Gear 2, TMNT IV, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Gradius III, Castlevania IV, etc. *Sigh* That list is depressing, reminds me of how awesome gaming use to be. :( And that's just from me playing the SNES and MSX, I could imainge how many awesome games they had for SEGA consoles *well besides Snatcher*

You were implying that Capcom closed down Clover because Capcom was having financial problems, but they weren't it was just that Clover was making them loose money.

Did I ever mention Capcom is my favorite gaming company? I was implying that Clover was a finical disater the put Capcom in the hole. In my eyes that is not successful.

Nintendo should never even be in the same sentence as. (had to end it) With blizzard due to blizzard being lightyears ahead of said company in quality. I believe Naughty Dog + Insomniac would be an interesting mix.
