clearly it's the wiiu. everyone forgets the wiiu but it had teh espresso and teh latte! combine that with 2 entire, whole and complete GB of ram and the super fast disc drive.....really nothing can stand against it.

i mean it didn't even need installs (except for that one time)....that's how insanely powerful it was. no need for any fancy pants SSDs or hard drives with the power of the wiiu.

it was also so powerful it could beam its graphics directly into your brain (well the gamepad...but that's at least closer than a TV right?).

RDR2,hellblade gears 5,Spider-Man,metro,HZD,god of war and FH4 were the best looking console games I played with RDR2(Xbox one x) winning best looking console game,

Best looking console exclusive,well as a duel console owner FH4 open world is better looking than HZD but the latters character models are only matched by gears 5 and that was 2 years later,hellblade looks better than HZD and god of war and more realistic and metro and gears can go toe to toe with any game on the graphics front

Obviously this is my opinion and viewed on xb1x,pro and a good tv with good hdr and color gamut no fanboy clouding glasses were used

Actually SW does have a quite diverse audience. Many Nintendo fans consider art style most important and I respect their opinion and they can vote Switch.

Best Graphics: PS4/Pro

Best Performance: PC

The best graphics of this gen belong to PS4 exclusives, people can get mad or try to argue PC for setting like (60fps) framerate and (4k) resolution (neither of which make "improve" graphics), but when PS5 and crush those arguments shortly then what will be the excuse?

The best looking games on PC are simply console multiplats at 4k, anything on PS5 is going to eliminate any "technical" advantage those multiplats had but PS4 exclusives will get that same bump so fanboys are going to have to move the goal post again because every argument this gen used to downplay PS4 exclusives will be blown away in a few months.

Anyway PC will always win the framerate war but I honestly hate that uncapped framerate shit PC gamers love to play on. I'll take a fixed framerate anyday. 2 cent.

That can easily be debated. Most would side with the dozens of PC multiplats on Ultra with extra features vs. that one or two PS4 Exclusives you are talking about. Since they look better. As this poll, or any poll like it, shows.

What can't be debated is the sheer number of those PC Multiplats on Ultra vs that one or two PS4 exclusive that still can "compete". Mind you, one of those two games will be on PC in 2 months and WILL look better.

I know which I'd pick. The system with dozens of gfx king contenders rather than 1. That one being God OF War 5, which DF didn't even say was gxf king of the year it came out.

PC is the clear winner as the consoles were shit this gen. PC gamers were playing games at ultra settings and high refresh rates while console gamers were stuck playing games at 30fps with reduced settings. The shit Jaguar CPU was terrible and outdated right from the beginning of the gen. Thankfully, the next-gen consoles will have a decent CPU this time and better balanced hardware that is more capable of delivering a proper gaming experience.

Sorry but native resolution and higher frames doesn't mysteriously make all multiplats look better then exclusives that are a step ahead all together. The games running at higher res with better performance is a result of superior hardware which I never denied the pc had. Although realistically most of you don't have it.

GoW5 was not stated to be DFs best looking game for 2018, that was RDR2 which looks by far better on PC. Explain. RDR2 was not the sole winner in 2018. It was split between RDR2, BF5 and another PS4 exclusive Spiderman( another game that arguably looks better then the two you mentioned). Of course if we don't count DF God of War won most other places.

And RDR2 never won on PC by the time it came out on PC their were games that looked better... at least according to DF. So again for actual awards it's PS4 3 , PC 2 and XB 1.

The PC doesn't have the graphics king by any standard. A PS4 title won it last year ( again) in most places including DF and by the time it comes to PC it will get trounced by GoT and TloU 2. Not that it matters because the PC version will probably look inferior to the PS5 version much like Gears 5 looks better on XSX.

RDR2 will look best on the new consoles. Awards are given at the time the game comes out for a reason and the fact of the matter is the PS4 has won more then any platform this gen.

You are factually wrong. PC has the most DF mentions from 2012-2020 (this gen). PC has the current potential graphics kings (Control, Metro, RE2, RDR2, BFV, Gears 5, etc.), and dozens of more contenders while PS4 only has one. DF furthermore states how the best looking games this gen are much better looking on PC (RDR2, Witcher3, Crysis 3, Metro, etc.)

Every gaming or tech community puts PC as the top GFX for this gen. The only ones I see that do not do this are specific PS communities or console oriented.

Playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on Ultra settings at 1440P 60FPS with HDR and GSYNC on a 65" OLED with a RTX 2080 Ti two days ago. Yeah I'm sorry nothing on PS4 comes close as a exclusive to that game on PC... and I put in 200 hours in the PS4 Pro version of the game.

If you have the money a high end PC will always have the best graphics and performance.

Also its a trick question because even if PS4 exlcusives are amazing looking they are 30FPS... Which is not great performance in 2020.
