Ugh. Really disappointing. A soundtrack fit for an elevator, all rendered in archaic MIDI. The entire track list could fit easily on an N64 cartridge.

I still like the concept of air drums, hopefully a third party dev can do that better later on.

I would hold that thought until I see the sale numbers of it. Just like Wii fit, it got a bad review and the thing is selling like hot bread. Wii Music will sell alot too, I won't be buying it but all the casuals will!

Why the hell do they care what reviewers think? Gamespot is a VERY tiny part of gaming, as it IGN and all the other review sites.

Sales count for Ninty, not reviews.

THe OFFICIAL HYPE THREAD AT IGN was a 4.0.

So, this game IS NOT A FLOP, it got a 5.0. Good for Wii Music, exceeding the expectations of fans.

Wii Sports was casual and that was cool cuz it was the first time I played video games with my grandparents...Wii Fit was a bit further in the casual direction and really made me think "why are they mixing something like exercise with something like video games?" But THIS, THIS is too far!!! Taking something as precious to me as music and belittling it to the lowest common denominator just to sell copies to youth and seniors. Unforgivable.Newsboy
