If you're looking for something quite lengthy then i would go for Oblivion, but i found BioShocks story to be more deep and being able to draw you in more than Oblivion's did. Your plan seems fine - i spent much more time playing Oblivion than i did BioShock.

I would definitely have to agree with Sharvie on this, if you end up getting Oblivion, make sure to buy the game of the year addition cause it includes the Knight of Nine and the Shivering Isles expansions which are pretty cool. . . Bioshock is great to, it has an intense horrific storyline with a bunch of cool rpg/ horror survival aspects. . .

Is Eternal Sonata worth buying? I just got a 360 and have COD4, Saints Row, Assassins Creed, and am borrowing Skate from a friend, I'm not really into FPS but will play them if the game is right (not into Halo, at all) any good suggestions for action/adventure games (Dead Rising obviously) but what else?KevComesRipping

Geometry Wars is 400 points, and you could probably find some other games in teh Arcade Greatest Hits in the marketplace.

What are the best Xbox live arcade games? I'm looking to buy 4,000 points worth of them. What last the longer or are extremely fun and will make you wanna play again and again and again? Puzzle Quest is very fun, and incredibly long. Geometry Wars, Bomberman Live, Assault Heroes (and other similar games like WotB), E4, Zuma, Lumines and Carcassone are all very good games on XBLA. You might also want to check out some of the ports of old games, like Sonic 2, Rez HD, Soul Caliber and Worms.

ncaa football 09 is a great sports game, and amazing if u like college football.

ninja gaiden 2 is a great action title.

halo 3, cod4 are great shooters.

bfbc is great team based shooting

ut3 is the best fast paced action u can get.

mass effect was prbly the best experience ive had gaming.

gta4 isnt for everyone but i reccomend it along w/ bioshock.

The Orange Box, it's the best to be honest.

If you have a good PC, get The Orange Box and Oblivion for that and Mass Effect on 360.

What game should I get ? I'm thinking of Battlefield Bad Company but if you reccomend something else make sure it's a rarer 360 game or a newer one since I have a lot of games for 360.

i wouldn't consider Bioshock a horror game. It's true that it's dark and atmospheric, but the game is so easy and generous, the horror feeling kind of slips away.

I think you'd like call of duty 4 because its quite fast paced and has lots of action. I think Its quite and enjoyable game and not that realistic if your not playing hardcore mode. I would also say halo 3 is a run and gun game and i find it to be good fun. Both these games i would highly recommend with xbox live setup as it prolongs the play.

COD4 for Sure !! Is the best shooter of X360.

I'm surprised that Lost Odyssey got such a low score on Gamespot. The word of mouth on it seems to be pretty good. A clerk at Gamestop said it was his favorite rpg on the Xbox.

I'm finally buying The Orange Box this week. I love Half-Life. I just hate paying full price for games. Lost Odyssey is still selling for $60 but with all the good I'm hearing, I might have to break down and buy it.

Alright, so I'm throwing around the idea of buying either NCAA Football 09 or Civ Rev. I know there not the same type of genre, but I'm having a hard time choosing. I want something fun that will last awhile. Madden 09 is hitting in about a month, so I don't know if I'll be playing NCAA in a month or not. My guess, probably not.

I played the demo for Civ Rev and at first it was really hard to get into. Once I became acclimated with the controls and the overall concept, I had a lot of fun.

This is my delimma. They're both fun, but I can't choose. Uh, help.

i no this game is basicly unknown but enchanted arms is a fun rpg and has plenty of monsters (golems) and tons of hours for stroy mode and even inculdes onlinecoolmantony

It also has terrible characters, a weak plot and the ever-terrifying Makoto, scourge of JRPG's.

Ok I really need help deciding... I can't decide between Crackdown and GH3.

I've already beaten Crackdown once, but I've been wanting to play it again. I have RB and GH2 and I liked them (RB much more so though) and thought that I'd get GH3 too. I only want to buy one for now, which should I get??
