HELP! i cant decide what to do. i only want to buy one game and wait for xmas for the rest but both far cry and fallout look great. i really, REALLY want far cry but i also really want the collectors edition of fallout. if i dont get the collectors edition now, i wont be able to later, but i dont want fallout nearly as much as far cry. what do i do?

I'm seriously torn between Far Cry 2 and Dead Space. I just need one of them to pass the time before GHWT, and I have no idea which one to get. Pros and cons people, non byist opinions, or un-constructive remarks please :)

For the record, Ghost Recon isn't an FPS.

I'd suggest getting CoD 4 and R6V2 like you said as starters, but if you're really interested in FPS's get Far Cry 2 and/or CoD:WaW. I'm not getting CoD:WaW, but I guess it will be along your lines of interest. Quantum of Solace might also be osmething you should consider.

WaW is good but not THAT good, and tons of people will still be playing COD4 for awhile.

There isn't many. Maybe try Braid for the XBLA and you may also enjoy Castle Crashers.

If you have a PS3, get Little Big Planet

I guess it would all come down to what genres you enjoy most.

I bought Infinite Undiscovery a couple weeks ago. If you like action JRPGs, I would at least give it a rent. I think it was worth my 60 dollars, but you may not, considering the final tilt would deduce that the game as a whole too short of it's potential. regardless, it's a fun game.

hey quick question: fable for xbox originals, castle crashers (i dont have friends to play w/ on it though), or a cheap 360 game (under $20)

I loved Fable 1 and I loved Far Cry...equaly

These games look equally awesome. I want something thats a good value and both seem to be the same. Help me out. I love FPS and RPG though I could go for an RPG. Halp.

Really great game. I enjoyed it a lot. It wasn't super hard either but not really easy just right.

having a hard time deciding wether to get Fable 2 or COD:WaW i think both games look fantastic look but im having hard time deciding i have a worry about both games, Fable 2 im worried about its length and true fun factor, and COD:WaW im also worried about SP length and the MP community like COD4 has a large community but im scared CODWAW wont.Halo773ER

though if you want to be risky you should go for fable the custimization could be fun.

Castle Crashers is good fun - try the demo first and if you like it, get it. I played through the campaign solo, then went online and found other people to play with, so you don't have to know others with it when you get it.

Fable - if you download it you get Fable. If you look in shops you can find a preowned version of Fable The Lost Chapters, which is an extended version, and costs less than the points to get the download version.

Mass Effect is one of the greatest if not the greatest games to hit the xbox360 endless storymode you can play for hours and hours and not get bored plus character customization options....

Dead Space will likely fall in price quickly. It is single player and really cashing in on Halloween "fright night". It has got very good reviews, but will likely follow games like Bioshock, Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect, and fall in price after a month or two as all those that have completed it trade it in for the next big game.

buuut, i still have 800ms points leftover...and i dont see an arcade title i want. is buying some tv shows worth it? or maybe the halo 3 mappack..idk!

Age of Booty

Give the trial a go first, as it also includes two days of multiplayer for free. The solo campaign was fine, but the multiplayer is where this game shines. I got in when it came out last Wednesday and it's pretty much all I've played since. A simple game yet so addictive :)

I was wondering if I should get GTA from XBL. Would anyone suggest it? I haven't played any previous GTA games besides GTA4 and I'm hoping someone can compare them.Rocksta-R

GTA San Andreas is an excellent game and still considered by many to be better than GTAIV for focusing on having fun. The gameworld is larger and there is loads of stuff to do that wasn't in GTAIV, including flying planes, going to driving school, more character customisation, working out in the gym to change your appearance rather than just a new top from the shop.

I played GTAIV, completed it 100% in around 70 hours and haven't played it since because I was bored with it.

GTA:SA I played for 200+ hours and still didn't finish it. There is so much to do and just messing about in the city is so much more fun than GTAIV. The vehicle handling might not be as realistic as IV, but it is a lot more fun, and escaping the police can be fun rather than frustrating.

For 1200MS you aren't going to find many longer games with so much content

Far Cry 2 or Dead Space

I know they are completely different games but I can only get one. I LOVE horror and FPS action but I am afraid gameplay will get stale. Especially with repetitiveness. Please give reasons!
