I wonder if Killzone 2 will even sell Killzone 1's 2.5 million when all is said and done. If it doesn't it will bea complete dissapointment.

First of all, KZ2 was hyped by you guys to be the GREATEST FPS ever made, and it only scored low AAA and ever high AA by critics. Most fans are even saying it has the worst story campaign in any FPS to date.

Secondly, Halo Wars (a RTS on a console) sold 1 million in 3 weeks, KZ2 is struggling to sell 1 million in 4 weeks...

And third, compare the measly 300k copies sold in 3 days compared to Halo 3's record breaking 2.5 million copies sold in a single night.

But it didn't sell 4 million in 1 day or cause the PS3 to overtake the WIi or have better graphics than Crysis or kill Halo or end world hunger.Floppy_Jim

To me, the 360 anit doin shoot, a year head start and only 7 mill ahead of the PS3, with a year head start the 360 should be like 10-15 mill ahead. They needed that head start because if they both launched in the same year, the PS3 would be ahead....or dead even

Look, it's really quite simple:

Killzone 2 is a really good game, up there with the Halos and Gears of WarsKillzone 2 scored a 9 on gamespot and similarly high scores elsewhere. Killzone 2 is the best looking console game at the moment. No, it does not look better than CrysisKillzone 2 does not do a lot new, but it perfects a lot of tried and tested gameplay elements, creating something unique in the processWhether Killzone 2 is better than Halo 3 is simply a matter of opinionKillzone 2 is great fun and, if the huge amount of posts are anything to go by, will be talked about for many months if not years to come.
