@dogfather76 I don't necessarily agree with Cage's views, but I think that the majority of creative people are opinionated; we need creative people with strong opinions to drive the industry forward, otherwise we end up with unambitious games and people who are not willing to take any risk!
@nameaprice @675T So do I! but in order to get your console going you would need that critical mass of costumers on the launch day (not literally, but you should be able to sell enough units within the first year)!
I think that's the main thing about this meeting that a lot of "tech" journalists missed: the fact that they wanted to convince "gamers" to buy ps4 at launch. Some one who wants to watch Netflix or hulu is not going to be persuaded to buy a rather expensive gaming machine at launch or stay in a line to get her hands on one of the first ps4s on the market.
