Wow this is old. For this bug to affect you, you have to have downloaded the Dev version of the game and launch it. Your save is corrupted when you load it. The Dev version was removed and replaced with the actual patch hours ago. Sucks if you downloaded the Dev version since you have to delete it and redownload the actual game again.

@guitarist1980: as I said, Gears 4 performs well, but recore and horizon 3 have optimization issues. Look up complaints online of people with GTX 1080s not able to keep a stable 60fps on Horizon 3. I personally have an overclocked 980ti, but run at 3440x1440, but I still shouldn't be getting dips into the 30s in Surfer's Paradise, but I and many others do. Game is fantastic, but how can capable gaming PCs not handle that one city or the rainforest section as well as the X1? Most likely a lazy port. Gears 4 runs amazingly well though.

@Wraith3: to be honest, besides Gears 4, the games don't run all that well on Windows 10.

@sakaixx: It's mimicking the function built into the X1 by default.

@leblnk: It's Ubisoft. They slap his name on any game that Redstorm touches. Redstorm did something small with this game (something to do with the weapons) so BOOM, Tom Clancy game.

@silversix_: as already stated, the DLC is already included in the Xbox version so there's no need for this version. Poorly worded article.
