@joshrmeyer: You're right. I was confusing it with the temporal reprojection technique used in Killzone. Still lame the console isn't hitting the native 4K Sony has been so big on.
@runstalker: It's funny though because it's not even 1800p, because they're doing checkerboard rendering. Even sillier is that it's not even 4k, so who gives a crap when not 4k is upscaled to 4k? Just a lot of buzzwords being thrown around from Tripwire.
@bodao-zse: Crates as in loot boxes, where you have to buy a key to open it. There's a selection of items inside, and you get one at random, in a random quality. You could get an awesome looking weapon skin, but it looks like it went through a meat grinder, but there goes your money. A cash cow is a slang term for an easy money scheme.
@DAOWAce: Agreed, The Division has some terrible bullshots on its page and there's no reporting system or anything we can do to report them. Heck, they use the same shots on the Xbox store and we all know the X1 version doesn't look nearly as good as the PC version, which doesn't look nearly as good as the bullshots.
@Zorlac: Yes. They're tacky and I dislike them. Problem? Also as I stated before there were other reasons like perk balance, the slooooow updates, lack of weapons etc and I got bored before they got much farther. Biggest reason I hated the crate system in this game though is because the game is still in Early Access and they felt it was a good idea to bust out the cash cow. They did it right on the heels of the Payday 2 fiasco, and all they could say about it was that they wanted to test it before the game went live. Great and all, but crate/keys, deluxe upgrade, and cross-promotional DLC in an Early Access game? What a mess.
