I guess all my MSX games, wish I still had their packaging though. Back then we just played the game and disregarded the (now) vintage packaging and instruction manuals. It's difficult to disregard packaging nowadays because if it's cardboard you sense the rarity in it and if it's a CD/DVD/Blue-Ray case you need it to protect the disk while the instruction are neatly tucked in.

It is highly unlikely the game will be localized for America because Cing have gone bankrupt unfortunately. :(

TombolaMan

But this is where Region-Free goodness comes in, as long as the game is translated I couldn't care less which region gets it (imports FTW!). I recently got "Another Code: R" which the sequel to the DS's Trace Memory only released in Europe and I'm glad I did.

Not sure what the "les efant" is. But MGS1 doesn't start till 2005 so it won't be MGS1 it has to be a totally new prequel.Fightingfan

Seems like you're not familiar with the MGS timeline. The "Les Efant Terrible" project is what lead to Solid and Liquid's birth. And I don't mean MGS1, I'm talking about the MSX's Metal Gear, which took place in 1995.

It's a must-play game but not worth more than 25$ if you push it, and that's simply because once you're done with it you're done. I replayed the first game after I beat the 3rd game (3-year gap) and still it was not as fun the second time around even though my memory of its plot was hazy.

You should've bought it off the Wii.

This is really sad, I loved all their games. Novel-based games are a favorite genre of mine.

It's still "Pending" for Europe but with no release schedule in sight. Thank god the DS is region-free. Does anyone have any recent updates on its release? (no spoilers please).

If 6 is anything like 5 than I'd rather not see it developed, though knowing Capcom they'll milk it more. RE is dead IMO.

So I guess they're already working on the sequel to Peace Walker (as stated by its ending). I have a feeling it'll end just before Solid Snake takes on his first mission or joins Foxhound. Kinda like what happened in Crisis Core. If Peace Walker took place in 1974 does that mean the immediate event following the ending is the "Les Efant Terrible" project? (spellcheck)

Thoughts?
