i weigh 225 and can bench 160, in 12 reps

also im 16. ive actually havent lost any weight since ive hit the gym back in june, but i can tell the difference because of how skinnier ive became and how much muscles pop out of my chest and arms.

also better do cardio or you'll screw yourself up, trust me.

[QUOTE="ineedanap"] This man speaks the truth.Darth-Caedus

Yep and what's with all the bands being extreme screaming men in a fantasy world? Amon Amarth? I listened to a couple of songs and it made me sick, awful music!!!

Yes, lets all ignore the actual music and instead focus on the Vocals and lyrics

Music? More like sound vomit.

[QUOTE="Buddha_basic"] Hey i dont know if you can say anything. The mountain goats? C'mon they arent good... :PUnrighteousFury

Blasphemy!

John Darnielle is easily one of the greatest lyricist of our time. Yeah the music is pretty average, but who listens to the Mountain Goats for anything but the lyrics?

Edit: I also forgot to mention This Will Destroy You's self-titled album in my first post, it's is pretty amazing.

TV on the Radio i would recommend for lyrics...and the music too. "Patience is a virtue until its silence burns you" Pretty cool :P And "phonebooth" by primitive radio gods "am i alive or thoguhts that drift away?"...I guess ill answer the TC in this post.

Albums i have recently bought I really like.

TV on the Radio - Dear Science

Radiohead - In Rainbows

13&God- 13 & God

MGMT - Orracular Spectacular (good album but they suck live)

Beck - Modern Guilt (surprisingly good. His newer stuff i wasnt getting into...and then this came out)

Panda Bear - Dont remember the album name

Team Sleep - Team Sleep All good albums i highly recommend.

[QUOTE="darksword1123"]"Proof of Dark Matter | Light the Lights" by Aughra
"The Hawk Is Howling" by Mogwai
"Vampire Weekend" by Vampire Weekend
"Beyond The Horizon" by People In Planes
"April" by Sun Kil Moon
"Meo suo I eyrum vio spilum endalaust" by Sigur Ros darksword1123

This was the only part that prevented me from thinking you have amazing taste in music.:P

It's a great album IMO....doesn't live up to it's enormous amount of hype, but when you put the hype aside and just listen to the music it's a great album.

Your point?

UnrighteousFury

Can you not read between the lines? I'll explain it :) as honestly as i can. "Lots of black people there..." = That explains it...i'm not so suprised now. Whether or not anyone here agrees with that ...well...they probably wont say.

You realize that this kind of thing happens pretty much every year? And that it's not always black people involved?

Absolutely. I dont agree with that statement. Im just explaining what most peopel would be afraid of saying. I def. agree there are barbaric people....end of story. Doesnt matter what race- religion- whatever. Everyone has a barbaric face. Some of us jsut dont care about showing it, and sometimes it results in horrible situations.

[QUOTE="Buddha_basic"][QUOTE="Witchsight"] Unless it was a tax free black friday, the Gov was plenty involved...-TheSecondSign-

Its commercialism at its finest. Every day people are told to buy a certain product to be something and somebody. Unfortunately...it works. This is a sad story and shows just how barbaric people can be. A new age survival of the fittest? "I got this product and you didnt; i am better". If youre willing to act this way to buy something then those people should be laid on the ground and told to do their shopping while a thirsty crowd of elephants walks over you to the next water hole. And on a side note, who the hell in their right mind would go to a black friday sale early in the morning with large crowds when you are pregnant? That should be on the list of what not to do, along side "going to concerts".

Isn't all this new age bulll**** about peace and harmony?

If that is true, a "new age survival of the fittest", isn't that, like, a form of contradiction?

Peace and Harmony? Who is claiming that? Im not saying its bad to buy products. Im just saying some peopel are affected by it (mtv generation) in such a way that they are molded into fiends when ti comes to getting what they want when they want it. And it translates literally into crap like this. The survival of the fittest comment was just my attempt at relating it to being absolutley barbaric and uncalled for. If tahts peace and harmony hippy s*** to you than ...come on over and lets smoke a fatty.
