Can't wait to get it. I haven't played since 06 so everything is gonna be new to me.

To all the ppl who say Madden is the same game every year with slightly different gameplay tweaks, why not just wait a couple years and then buy it again?

Im looking forward to the new announcers. I didnt dislike madden's commentary, on the contrary it was kind of like a tradition to hear him say the same thing year in and year out but I always welcome something new if it is good and Collinsworth is good.

Kinda off topic but I had NFL2K1 back in the day for dreamcast and that was perhaps the most frustrating arcade-y game I ever played. Put the setting on hard and watch every mediocre RB break +4 tackles every play. The only controller I've broken in the 10 or so years I've been a gamer has been due to the AI in this game on the hard setting

Also I would reccomend against downloading firmware from other sites just to be on the safe side. It's really not worth the potential trouble it can cause with a hacked link or what have you

IMO this makes NO sense because

a) First come first serve. Don't complain that you can't get a 60GB hardware BC console when you had the chance to and balked for a year

b) If you haven't bought one thus far, it obviously was not appealing enough for you to take the dive so alterations increase the likelihood of you either getting the older version before the new version takes over (ie ppl buying 60Gbs before they are discontinued) or ppl making a concrete commitment to a new SKU (aka the MGS4 bundle pack)

c) The consumers left are all likely those who are not well informed on the SKUs. They probably don't know the advantages and disadvantages that vary from each console anyways

Funny how all the 40gb owners think having a PS2 is just as good as a BC PS3. PS2s are going to die a lot sooner than a PS3, no wireless controller, unlimited memory cards for PS3, having 1 system with 1 hdmi cable to surround sound rules, no upscaling of old games.
