It makes me LOL a little bit at how confused some people are about who actually owns the rights to Donkey Kong. Any time a thread like this is created, there's always a handful of people who go "Oh, forget about Donkey Kong, since Rare's with Microsoft now." Then there's the inevitable crowd of peoplethat adamently correct the first group, who apparently are not going back through these threads once they make their erroneous posts (otherwise we'd all eventually end up on the same page, right?).

Will Donkey Kong star in his own game again? Absolutely. Will it be like Donkey Kong Country? Probably not - I'm sure it will be something experimental along the lines of Donkey Kong Jungle Beat and DK King of Swing. Fans of DKC should probably check out the Wii-make of Jungle Beat, though.

I hate GameStop. Everyone should just avoid these stores like the plague and shop at Game Crazy.

It may seem unfair, but I've never really played a Spyro game, but I loved all the early Crash games. So, even without a fair comparison between the two, I'm voting for CRASH FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade - a must if you love Diablo

ston3henge

Really? gonna have to give those a second look then...

Crap . . . I think I overstated it. UL is not as fun or addictive as Diablo, but it has almost identical gameplay.

There, I feel better about it now. :)

Type C worked best for me unless it's a PAL only thing.

Ganados0

Nope, Type C made it into the NTSC version, too. And that made a HUGE difference - love it!

If only RE0 had that option . . .

Assuming I buy Resident evil archives, what's the difference between the wii version and the GC version?

EpiphoneMan2008

The GC version comes in a black plastic case with "GameCube" priinted across the top of the cover sleeve. The Wii version, on the other hand, comes in a white plastic case. I think it also has "Wii" printed on the upper right hand corner of the sleeve. The biggest difference, however, is that the Wii version comes on a standard DVD-sized disc, whereas the media used for the GC version is quite small.

wow THAT IS NOT all that is different LOL have you EVER played it? The Wii Edition has the BONUS modes like Assignment Ada and Mercenaries Mode! the GC version DID NOT have that!

LOL . . . next time, try reading the thread COMPLETELY before you get yourself so worked up, okay? :)

Yeah - in order to get the achievement, you can't respawn in a vita chamber. Just turn them off in the options menu and go for it. Save like it's going out of style, but be sure to stagger your save files so you can jump back to an earlier save if you paint yourself into a corner. I don't even think I even made it back out to the main menu too often since I'd just reload my last save every time I started to die.

Believe me, by the time you get to the Farmer's Market and have a decent amount of health/plasmid upgrades, your progress will get a LOT easier.

I'd rather see as few ports as possible, but if Shadow of the Colossus made the jump, I wouldn't be devestated.
