@soundchaz3r: Consoles are a platform with big differences between them that need development time to change to fit said platform. Putting something on different storefronts doesn't.

PC is a widely open platform far FAR more than it ever used to be. Exclusivity in the PC space stupid, but storefront exclusivity on a single platform is even stupider and nothing but consumer unfriendly.

Gameplay doesn't look anything similar to a souls-like.

ANYTHING.

And nobody wants a star wars themed souls-like anyway (okay, well, maybe some people do). We want another Jedi Knight game; Jedi Academy being arguably the best lightsaber combat game in existence.. and it came out in 2003.

We're not getting this nor a souls-like with Fallen Order.

I guess Hand of Fate didn't do as well as it should've.. Shame, really unique game, though the combat was still not quite there yet.

Meanwhile, Slay the Spire is a game with similar mechanics with a completely different playstyle and is extremely successful.. Why?

Oh well. Would've really liked to see their next game.

@JustPlainLucas: In my experience the aggro range of the tank is just slightly bigger than the enemy, so they'll charge in before the enemies aggro.. but who has time to sit around, right?

Something not well known, the AI will focus on (or ignore) the targets you mark, adding some semblance of control, but it's not too relevant.

Just wish they actually spammed AoE skills instead of used them once a blue moon.. runs would go twice as fast.

If only they worked on the AI enough to make them actually use AoE skills so dungeons didn't take twice as long than with actual players.

And to attack while they're dodging AoE's instead of standing there doing nothing until the whole sequence is over.

And then they reset to level 71 after finishing the MSQ, requiring you to level them up to even use them in higher level dungeons..

They're smarter than Squadrons, sure, but still suffer most of the problems of squadrons.

Basically the only good thing about them is the dialogue bits. I strongly recommend everyone play through the dungeon for the first time with the NPCs; it adds so much to the experience. If the runs didn't take such an insane amount of time with them, I'd bring along every combination of NPC I could to see the different dialogue that takes place.. but until they improve that aspect of the AI, well, can't quite bring myself to do it.

Censoring a homosexual element when the "LGBTQ+" thing has been reaching new heights.

Wow.

So when are we removing all old paintings and statues that show 'nude' parts or 'gay' elements? Y'know, to stay consistent.

Must be why I hated it, as my main experience with it was the Neverwinter MMO. But then again, MMORPGs are never able to do anything well and totally ruin things (SWTOR), so maybe it was to be expected.

I highly prefer the era of the old Neverwinter Nights and Baldur's Gate games. If 4e/5e actually do things much better than I've experienced, maybe they aren't all that bad.

D&D from 4e onwards was awful.

Stick to the old.. and stick to the old combat system as well. Don't pull a inXile and ruin your game.
