An unreal engine game in a series full of unreal engine games that hasn't had any framerate caps isn't going to be framerate capped.

@Dark_Mits: I heard exclusive fullscreen isn't a thing in Windows 10.. so this "game mode" should actually help more than just upping the process priority.
