Haze looks like an average game for multiplatform to me, and it reminds me of Red Faction 2!! and Red Faction 1 is the most revolution FPS game still!!jojo198

I still love Red Faction 1 also. I have it on PC, which looks WAY better than the PS2 version. It would be awesome if they remade Red Faction with new weapons and current gen graphics.

Oh well, I'm still going to pick up my reserved copy tomorrow anyway. I've never cared about things like story and voice acting in videogames anyway. All I care about is shooting stuff. Plus, I love games that are really easy.

How do you see how much space is left on your hard drive?

Also how do you make a back up of the operating system, saves, downloaded games, etc. if you get a bigger hard drive? Can you back everything up to your computer, or do you have to use a external hard drive? Do you need to create any special folders on the external drive?

e_stone001

To see how much space you have left on your hard drive, go to settings on the XMB (main menu) and scroll down until you see "System Settings" and scroll down to "System Information" and you'll see how much space is left on your HDD along with your MAC address and I.P. address. For backing up all your game saves, go to settings, "System Settings", scroll up till you see "Backup Utility" and select "Backup", then select the "yes" option. Make sure you have a USB device to backup your files and game saves, then select the "USB DEVICE" icon and wait till your PS3 is done backing up all your saves. As for the external hard drive, it's up to you if you want to create special folders, but it's not needed. Hope this helps.:)

So you're saying that I can just plug my computer or external drive into the PS3, select 'backup', and the PS3 will take care of everything? Does it also copy over downloaded games, system settings, media, and demos?

[QUOTE="DSPX"]I'm almost 39 years old and I have NEVER found anyone who would have sex with me, and yet 13 year olds are getting it. By the time I even start my sex life, that is IF I ever get to have a sex life, it will have to be with a desperate, ugly, fat, wrinkled, saggy 50-60 year old woman. Wow, I totally got cheated out of the best thing in life for the last 23 years because of my looks. dave123321

Best thing to do is buy a pack of gummy bears and put them on the top of your house roof. Then chew some gum. Works for everyone.

I've never been so confused in my life.

I have have Codebreaker version 9.3, and it works perfectly. The only thing is that you have to go to the options menu on the Codebreaker and turn off the auto eject. For some reason the latest firmware update disables the Codebreaker if you have the auto eject turned on.

The only reason I'm keeping my 360 is for Splinter Cell 5 and Banjo Kazooie. I never play online, and I don't care about achievements.

The fact that Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2, Dino Crisis and Metal Gear Solid are all on the Japanese store but nowhere to be seen elsewhere saddens me. Silent-Hal

I solved that problem by getting a used Gamecube for $30. Now I have all 6 of the Resident Evil games. The great thing about the Gamecube versions (except RE Zero and RE4) is that you can use the Type C control configuration, where you move forward by holding down the R trigger, which makes maneuverability MUCH easier. I also got the Gamecube so I could have Eternal Darkness, which is still one of my favorite games of all time.

Now, the only thing I need from the Playstation Store is the original Silent Hill. I went to look for one on Amazon, but the used copies start at $50, which is ridiculous.

I sincerely hope they make RE5 with dual analoge control. I want to be able to friggin strafe, move while shooting, and aim with the right stick. They also REALLY need to add a quick select system. They should use the select system like RFOM where you hold down a button to bring up the circle of weapons, move the stick towards the weapon or item you want to use, and release the button. No more of this pause the game, open the item box screen, highlight and select the item, choose 'equip', and hitting the back button 53 times to return to the game.
