This dude practically is Snake at this point in time. Big mistake on Konami and Kojima's parts if it's true. I've come to love the voice work he's done for Snake so much over the years, I'm honestly afraid a different actor is going to destroy my ability to get into Snake as a character entirely in this new game.

Screw the portables Atlus. It's beyond time to put an SMT on the consoles again.

@Yomigaeru @kiramasaki @DinoBuster @TheDoomTurtle @WhiteStormy Personally I'd take Japanese school girls over meat headed space marines any day, but I think thats because I grew up with different games than the typical "gamer" set. Still, I've played some RPGS over the years with amazing concepts from Japan that go in the opposite direction of the hyper kawaii approach. I think more JRPGs could meet me in the middle with the cute and the serious, like say Lunar, from back in the day, I'd be more inclined to check some of the more recent ones out. That's just me though, and I certainly have my exceptions. Mother 2 is easily one of my favorite JRPG's, though it's more bizarre and zany than kawaii, and you'd be hard pressed to find a bigger fan of the original Tales games than my self.

Crysis is ran into the ground in my opinion, but there is a lot left to do with Darkstalkers. Really liked both games collectively so far, and certainly would sign up for the remaining two horsemen exploits.

@TheDoomTurtle @WhiteStormy It's definitley a culture thing. For every Dark Souls and Lost Odyssey that comes out of the country, there are 10 "kindergarten quests" released as an alternative. Besides Shin Megami Tensei and the occasional surprise, I've all but given up on JRPGs.

It's a reasonable observation. Compared to a less aggressive approach, it's easy to build a concept, setting, and back story for an action game that involves blasting the faces off of the guys who are bad. Especially when these games are marketed towards older gamers. Though I'm not a fan, Portal is a great example of a creative conceptual direction to take a product of this nature. Like the dude below mentioned.

Great. More useless comments from alleged big deals that blew the right person at the right time, and have since managed to keep their name in the industry circulation.

American McGee's games, like so many other people have mentioned below are the epitome of "meh" with the exception of Bad Day L.A., which was abysmal. I never understood why this dude is into games. The storylines he put together for the Alice games probably would have made for a cool book or comic series, but that's the only compliment I can give this guy. As games they where..."meh". At best.

The reviewers are whatever they are and troll ass sheep will say a game sucks even when they haven't played it. Nothing new.

The game is not without it's flaws, and regardless of what system it's on and how that makes you feel about it, ZombiU was most definitley built with the concept of "survival horror" at the top of it's list. Give the game half a chance if you can put your reservations aside and you might be surprised with it.

There are some pretty good ideas in the game that might make it worth checking out for certain people. I personally like the traveling and scavenging concepts and the way they're incorporated, but it's this same system that will see you searching for potential supplies or a new tire on the same small map...3 times in a row possibly. I agree with the reviewer that the game will have most likley taken you beyond exhaustion with the meager gameplay mechanics it has to offer by the time you reach the end. (If you even do.)

I actually REALLY liked ZombiU, so maybe I can find more to like in this game than most, and while it is an obvious cash in on a franchise that is more popular than the president, it's definitley not one of the worse blatant cash ins I've played.
